dream transfer dealings in january (realistic ones)

ins

gareth barry 7 million (for left mid) gonzalez to keep improving
joey barton 5 million (to replace didi, no1 has yet)
micah richards 5 million (ok guess this is a bit of a dream)
tom huddelstone (amazing prospect)

lucas neil - 2 million

outs

kewell - anyone who will have him 4 million (i like him but hes injured to much)

pongolle - whoever will have him 2 million
cisse - 5 million
diao - stoke 500k
dudek - whoever will have him 1.5 million
zenden - whoeever will have him 1.5 million

lets get the british back into liverpool f.c

ok micah richards probaly will end up going to man utd

but i would love for us to actually steal a potentially huge player under the noses of man utd, chelsea or arsenal

I dont care if a player is british or not. Lucas Neil is average and just another player who can do ajob and thats it. Surely we need to look for better than that. Gareth Barry isnt worth 7 mil. Joey Barton wouldnt go to Liverpool to siton the bench. Cisse wont be sold till the end of the season. He isnt even playing yet and it looks like December is when he will return for Marsielle. I would love to get Richards. Far better than Neil.

reason i want us to sign joey barton is..........

last season we had 4 quality centre mids to cover injurys, make a game safe and a little rotation

this season we have 3 and zenden has been used as the 4th one

barton has a big heart, hes a scouse and hes hungry to get better

Lucus Neil is the only realistic january dealing there.

I know you said these were your dream realistic signings, there is not much realistic about them.

Micah will be sold for over £10Mil... my guess would be £12M in todays climate for the brightest up and coming english defender

Pongolle, Cisse, Diao are all on season long loans - we wont get any money for them in January.

We will not sell Dudek in Janaury because Carson is on a season long loan, and he will stay there because he needs first team experience to challenge Reina.

And Barry?? - we have warnock, Riise, Kewell, Gonzalez, Aurellio, Garcia who can all play on the left. 7mil on another left sided player would be a waste right now.

That many ins and outs would disrupt the team yet again, and we dont want that. January is a time for buys that are necessary (like a backup RB, and maybe a back-up defensive mid) - not for wholesale changes

thats whats wrong about the inflated british prices

micah richards looks amazing but he has probaly had about 10 good premiership games and one internation cap

he shouldnt be worth anymore than 3 million in all fairnuss

Why get rid of Dudek?? hes not that bad and we dont have a better replacement, Martin isnt first team standard to cover, just in case.

i thought carson was only on loan till xmas you see

obviously if carson isnt back then selling dudek would be stupid
