I watched last night's match. I knew Sisoko is going to get a sent off. But we won. We could have won with higher margin.

Ihate to say this.. Kewell is a useless :censored:

. He pretends some one is behind him when he lets the ball go acting as if its the others fault for not following him. He refuses to run for the ball Gerrard passed towards his end. He did not put enough effort.

He is not working hard and thinks that anyway Liverpool had won the game. This is the attitude I hate to watch . In fact he would be a disease to the club. It would eventually spoil the system.

I wish he is out of Liverpool. Anyone's birthday coming soon? Wish the same when you blow the candle.! :pirate

i agree with u mate, after the gerrard that he didnt even bother to run , and he knew we needed to hold the ball i'm conviced that his problem is not only physical but mental .. I dont see Rafa backing him anymore and i think he lost all fans who were willing to stand by him .. this guy is a talented player but unfortunetely he is a waste of space and a negative factor in the team developement .. i really now dont want to see him again in the red jersey ..

hobbes i don't share your opinion. with out a doubt this is the season Kewell has to performance or he will be gone faster than a donut at the policemens ball.

He will be eased back into the team and when he gets 5-6 full games under the belt, you will be singing his praises. I firmly believe this, primarly becuase he has the worldcup to look forward to now.

I can't comment on last night's game yet, I haven't seen it, but from all accounts I am sure Kewell was not the only one that was playing the game as if it was a foregone conclusion.

Acording to press reports if players are injured in next years World Cup then their clubs will be paid compensation.
So the Australian FA have sent Liverpool a post dated cheque for Mr Kewell's pony tail...

Hey, these topics are getting as predictable as...

There are a multitude of other Kewell hate topics, why not write in one of those. There's no need to start an entirely new one. Concentrate the ire that way, more hate per inch, etc.!!!

What about Cisse when he strikes the ball at goal and misses, you don't see him, or Mori sprinting after the rebound. Or Garcia and Riise when they stuff up a pass, they don't sprint to get the ball back. Bit of a generalisation and a stupid comment to say that Kewell is useless because of this situation. Most players in the Premiership, La Liga, Serie A, in fact most players do in fact slow down and not contribute much after a burst to goal. Its a given fact. Don't bash Kewell about it, I'm sure if all footballers were supreme athletes, they would sprint all day to the ball. Get over yourself.

I think we should keep him until summer as if he plays well in the World Cup, we can get more money for him. I just hope that in that case people do not start saying that we should keep him. Get his price up then dump him.

The thing is though Babu I watched his performance against Uruguay and he ran his socks off and also played with heart.

I have never seen him put in a performance like that for us even when he has been fully fit.

Why is that ?

all i am saying is:
if he does not start performing after he's had a good 5 or 6 games under him, during a world cup year, then he never will in a Red shirt.

I just reckon he will.
