Seems Dudek, Hyppia, Carrager and Gerrard are in with a chance of more silverware.

Would have to be Gerrad for the overall most valuable player award

.. looks good I reckon Stevie should win the Midfielder award, and Jerzy may do well in the GK section. Carra for me is deserving but some good names there.

I reckon we should win the Tedma of the Year award in the BBC Sports Personality award at the end of the Year

We've got a chance for team, of the year, unless England win the Ashes. Then it's only going one place. Let's face it, the athletics team aren't going to be there!

Dudek will get the GK award I'd guess, and Stevie will probably get Midfielder. Sheva will probably get the strikers award as he scored crucial goals for Milan except in the game that counted!

Defender is tha hardest one to pick for me, Both Sami and Carra were excellent in Europe as was Terry and the Milanese players.

Can you actually imagine Jerzy Dudek being proclaimed as the best goalkeeper in Europe. Above Buffon, Kahn, Cassilas, Valdes, Cech, Dida and a many more, there he is, a top the pile. Jerzy freakin Dudek. Class.

I like Dudek but he can't win this year against Dida, Buffon, Kahn, Cassilas.
