if Arsenal are will to sell, i'd take Campbell. Although he's getting on, he would be a quality player for 2-3 years

I still think we should go for a younger model. Campball's fitness is shocking, and I doubt @rse would let him go, or, if they did, he wouldn't leave London. We need a good, up and coming player who will fight for more than his wages and can make a place his own. If we were looking at @rse, Senderos would be my 1st choice.

Campbell is done imo, his injuries have taken a toll. He's going to miss the start of the season due to his latest injuries

I don't know if Bruce is just drumming up business but he said of Upson, "But, if anyone did want to buy him it would take a huge amount of money. He's 26 and an England centre-half."

I can't see who might be the answer to our Centre Back problems. Imagine if Carra got a bad injury.

I havent seen Ibanez at all so cant really comment.
As for Upson, i am not a fan and at the money Steve Bruce is quoting i would want half the Birmingham squad for that.

Bruce is just talkin' the talk. If you waved £6-7m under his nose, he'd bite your hand off and give Upson a pat on the bum to send him on his merry way.

upson won't come, he even said that he wouldn't leave birmingham because he believes that his squad has a lot of potential.

I felt bad that Samuel got snatched by Inter, he'd make a good CB, he wasn't at home in madrid.
We have to look elsewhere

If Samuel can't play well in Spain what makes you think he can do it in Premiership?

Andrade scored again for Deportivo, unique for a CB to be scoring but he's a good player and would improve our back four. Even though he's cup-tied, we need a player like him

Maybe he wasn't suited to Spanish Football, but he was excellent in Roma. Now for sometime we won't know if he'd make it in EPL, maybe when next season some English team snatches him.

I don't like to get myself into "what if" argument. I just believe that he's a good player. Period.
