Just heard apparentyl carragher has laid into hansen and told him to shut it about his moaning about liverpool
he went on to say that 5th, in one final and last 16 in europe with all the injuries and changes isnt that bad and hansen should just shut it
personally i think this is class, shows carraghers desire and love of liverpool
anyone else heard about this?
any thoughts people?

It shows JC's determination and passion and also Hansen and Lawrenson are always happy to put there boot in on the current team! Go on JC tell em what for!

JC has always shown passion for liverpool which is always good to see and i agree, he should be made club captain if sg goes.
but then again, maybe he was offered it but turned it down. he shouts orders already and he doesnt need an armband to command the respect of his fellow players so maybe it could be left as it is

I personally am a fan of Hansen and remember watching the teams he played in and led..the trophies, the titles, the whole caboodle. The man talk with a passion and a knowledge based on the old Liverpool way.....he doesn't see it anymore in the side and is naturally concerned. I think that his criticisms are borne out of pride and dedication to the team, the same as JC defending the current team.

Yes we're doing ok considering, but AH is right that we are in danger of being left behind completely. Each year sees us fall a little further out of reach from the big 3 and we need Rafa to maintain the good work and build else we'll struggle ever to recover. That was all he was saying.

Oh yeah and the FA cup performance was a balls up on all levels.

Maybe its time Hanson stopped comparing todays side against the one he played in we would all like to see lfc at the heights that they were in the 80s but things change,football has changed,he says he wont go into managment because of the pressurem which is the same pressure he is placing on the current squad with his comments of how they are under achieving,give Raffa a chance let him get rid of some of the chos we have let him bring in his own signings over the summer and then see how he gets on.
