Harry had a decisive hand in both goals against Arsenal.
A superb header by Harry, in from touch set up Stevie G for his pass to Alonso.
Harry's challenge, bravely putting his head in between two Arsenal defenders created the lose ball for Mellor to lash home !   :)    :)

Cisse, not a great Harry fan myself, but in view of the slagging he was taking on the forum, I made a special point of watching for him on MOTD and I was amazed at the significance of his contribution. OK it is only the highlights and you definitely only see a fraction of the game etc. But I would say he has earned his £65k this week.
Mellor also looked better on the highlights.
How much will his goal be worth ?   At the end of the season, take away two points and see where we finish, could be a £20m goal !!!   ???  ???

what they did not show on motd is that he gave the ball away 8 times 6 of those time he was not even under pressure also apart from one header his shots on goal where a joke, insted of shooting he should have passed

sorry mate even tho i love mellor and would love him to succeed he will be gone, its that sort of rooney goal against arsenal 2 years ago, hes not prem stuff neither is pongolle, kewell is finished, he really is, you lot are all hanging on to  a great player but I have to say he will not be in our team come january,
hes had his chances
he should take defenders on hes lossong the ball every time, then either complaing or just launging round the field, ok ive never been a kewell fan, but everyone has to be honest he is noway gona ever recapture his form.
He doesnt need to, I was in the players loungue last season right and his mrs was there he played totally sh.ite got drinks etc.......... then f@cked off not a care in the bleedin world. wernt bothered at the fact we had just been beat just like oh well ive earned me wages this week lets f@ck off, and im not only singelin harry out, murphey was there at the time, and some still at our club.
They need to put there money where there mouth is im afraid.
I asked before.
WOULD ARSENAL SIGN KEWELL NO WOULD THEY SH.ITE
WOULD CHELSEA SIGN KEWELL? NO WOULD THEY SH.ITE
WOULD THE SCUM SIGN KEWELL?. NO WOULD THEY SH.ITE
Hes f@ckin cr@p get rid totally noway is he capable of winning anything for our team.

You sound a tad bit ****** off.  I am just waiting for him return, but what will come back first; Kewell's form or Jesus ?

Kewell worked hard today, was good defenisivley and didn't allow Lauren to attack down the right wing much.
Still didn't give much in an attacking position, good to see him trying to ytake players on but he lost the ball too frequently and his first touches were awful on occasions.

An improvement, but he is still capable of far better, but I am wondering if we will ever see it from him ???

Played well? I think he was ******throughout. Looked slow and uncomfortable on the ball. made errors in judgement and bad passes. He looks a bit overweight, maybe that is the real problem.

he probably has this season to prove himself.  Rafa has pretty said as much.  Just remains to see if he can find his feet again.

all people seem to see now is his mistakes. sure - he makes them - but so do other players. giving the ball away is a sin too many of our players have been committing. kewell's improving bit by bit.

today we comfortably beat the champions (yeeeeeeessssss!!!!) and he played a big part.
