Gollum's never win at Anfield, Red.
Anyhoo, really looking forwards to this. Can you imagine what another defeat for that lot would do? At the moment Gollum's the weak link. Moyes has Rooney and RVP in his squad for the season and as such, they will do ok this year, but that's all. Any manager could do ok at Man U, so lets not big Moyes up. He's too small for the chair. Managing United is an entirely different game to keeping Everton competitive.
We should go at then tonight. We hate being pressed high up the pitch, but Manure hate it more. Moyes may even decide to play deep, at home. If he does, that would suggest a lack of confidence. Their best hope is to attack us and press us, but I'm not sure Gollum's got the balls right now.
Hopefully BR and the team will have worked hard on some key areas so we won't repeat mistakes. Our boys will need to show some aggression, but mostly, we need to get a good start so the players can enjoy themselves.
We're a much better side when we're enjoying it.
