Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

In one way it sad to see KK go but he he has not lived up to the demands either so I'm not surprised. Still a legend and he saved us last year.

Rafa would be my choice.

He may be a legend for you lot, but Liverpool's season was beyond poor, the signings were atrocious, and a fresh start was probably needed.

I can tell you from a rival's perspective, we'd have preferred him to stay on.

it`s a pity the united board didnt see things the way you do when he finished 11th and 13th in consecutive seasons.

Sorry mate, I don't get you...

Just watch...

I'd love it if Rafa came back as I never wanted him gone, but I dont think he will.

Martinez sounds much more likely.

If Martinez gets the job there will be Fu*king murder!
Hodgson got fu'cked off because he was too small minded and never had experience at a big club
What the fu'ck has Martinez, or even Rodgers had, Wigan and Swansea!
DONT DO IT!!!

Lambert, Rodgers or Martinez are not the answer none of them have proved that they can manage a club like Liverpool.

I don't know who would be the right choice - Hiddink, Capello who? Can't see it being Rafa.

bring back benitez, he knows what it`s like to manage this club, he did it for 6 years and got to 2 european cup finals and another semi final.
this isnt the time to gamble on a unknown quantity.

Guardiola
Capello
Hiddink

Martinez.Rodgers/Lambert..................absolutely not for LFC

Guardiola wanted a break from football so he is not an option.

Do you mean with Fergie?

Well, that was a long time ago, and Dalglish isn't young enough to build a dynasty.

what did he have available?

If we played the type of football Martinez promotes with the team we have we'd be.. a lot better in the league than we were last season

This place is getting too heated again, people need to actually think about what they're saying (not you)

Kenny is a legend, but no one was happy with how we performed last season in the league. So we get someone new in, give them funds and the whole summer, and see what happens

The only manager who currently manages in the EPL i would consider is Martin Oneil. If we are serious we atleast approach PEp guardiola. I have a suspicion it could be cappello. But ultimately i want Rafa
