First of all we need to qualify for the CL again. Hopefully that will be next season. Once we achieve that, we need to establish ourselves in the top 4. (Spurs failed at that).
Then maybe we can start attracting some better players and competing for the title.
This is what worries me about leaving Kenny in charge. He is not exactly young and the rebuilding is going take a lot of time.

Beaten in the final by Chelsea, finishing so low in the league even below Everton, winning so few games and scoring so few goals.
Rumours already starting about Skrtel, Reina etc wanting out.
My heart says Kenny should stay but Im starting to think the job is too big and long term for a 60 year old.
I really dont know what the answer is for this club anymore.

Why does he deserve another season, what will he do different next season? Will he stop playing Henderson on the right or playing Adam every single match, maybe he'll finally develop a plan B or get some media training so that he doesn't come across as a "cantakerous smug git", not my words but the opinion of several neutral fansI've spoken to who have no particular like or dislike of the club.
I am absolutely certain that FSG will get rid of kenny, if not they will lose their money and we will cease to be a big club for a long long time to come.
