1: A new programme called Alcatraz starts tonight on Watch (Sky channel- UK).
2: Fringe is very good, though can be a little confusing at times.
3: Orbit: Earth's Extraordinary Journey has been very good and interesting(catch on BBC iplayer).
4: NCIS (with Mark Harmon) is good.
5: Empire (about the British Empire across the world has been very interesting, thought provoking),  series still on BBC, Catch it on iPlayer for missed episodes.

Just finished watching the first series of "Friday Night Lights" Daws.

Was disappointed that there wasn't more actual football in the show and there's a bit too much teenage angst and "moral" messaging .

Having said that I've got the second series tee'd up and ready to watch.   :D

Love Deadwood.

Have you caught Justified yet mate? Timothy Olyphant who plays Seth Bullock in Deadwood, plays a pretty much modern day character ( US Marshall ). Just based in Kentucky.

Good stuff
