The fact is Kenny has spent 110 million already on players brought to the team and almost everyone of them has been a waste.

the loss of lucas is absolutely huge. fundamentally he's the most important player in the system we essentially want to play so after losing him that's why i was surprised we didn't buy a replacement in january.

i still fundamentally don't get why we ripped up the formula that was so successful last season. there was no need for it. henderson and adam don't know their best roles. suarez is used everywhere and anywhere. is he a main striker? does he play from wide? bellamy the same. as as for carroll, that's a separate issue altogether.

if henderson ever starts wide right again i will not be held responsible for my actions.

First time since 2003 we,ve lost 3 prem games in a row. Watched MOTD highlights surprised they didn't show the whole game as we lost!!! Back to topic. The manager alone makes the decisions, a chief executive then tries to sort out the deal.

Its the weak signings above all that has caused us to have such a poor season, hence why it is imperative the set up is right to bring the best players in.

I get the feeling Kenny had to accept Comolli otherwise he wouldnt get the job. I just cannot see Dalglish being fine with a person other than the manager having say over transfers.

The times are hard. By now it should have been obvious to most fans that he was no messiah, he is no messiah, he will never be the messiah.

It is time to put emotions and wishful thinking aside and stop this insanity before it is too late. If the manager loves he club as much as some think, he will then put the club first and resign at the end of this campaign and apologize for probably being in charge of the worst results seen in more than 40 year, the poorest football seen since world war 2, the worst signings in football history, and the fastest decline in terms of "goals scored" I have ever seen.

Astonishingly, I still fear  "wishful thinkers" may stilll win this one and drag us further down. They can pose no intellectual or analytical threath (the numbers are there to be seen, the trend is obvious), but they can stir up emotions and appeal to the heart. This may prolong the pain and sink the club further down in the mud. I do not doubt that they are true fans, but true fans also have a responsibility to the club.

When Kenny arrived he was taking over a side just escaping a big meltdown and finance hell. The american owners had for long being draining the club of all resources and this was not their choice or first option, but when the crisis came along and the americans could not handle their debt, they were forced to try to salvage their position. And Liverpool was suffering as a result. This was the last time I spoke the truth, and I got banned for it. I stood up for the club, the fans and for Benitez having the hardest job in football history by balancing the american account and still producing Champions League revenues to pay off the debt. Usually such revenues would have found their way into the transfer market and secured future success for the club. This did not happen. In the end after 5 pretty successful years, consecutive european football, battling it out and beating all the greats it was ended in a pool of unpaid american bills.

During this time the fans (or at least a big number of them) started to turn against the club. The results was a shame, the signings were *****, the football was negative - but who did they decide to blame? Benitez. This is incredible. He was the only manager I have seen bringing some sort of success to the club. He was the only manager improving team and club and generating both success and "money" (his successors have been given a pretty hefty Benitez squad to sell off and earn money from). He was the only one I can remember not only beating Real Madrid, Barcelona and Man U, but beating them in style. Nothing was ever lucky about the way we played those years. We controlled the game through superior and dominating football, keeping clean sheets and bossing possesssion. What the f""k was so damn wrong about that. He brought in quality players and players with vision, craft and the right mentality. But the fans decided to follow the british media and AF, FA and the americans and plot against Benitez. The mutiny was successfull.

Even now, at this very testing time, there are still people unwilling to accept that Benitez was a huge success. They still take side with Fergie and the americans. Why do you think Fergie wanted Benitez out? The media campaign was dreadful and the fans did not stand their ground. Why do you think Suarez is done by? He is not our player come August. He has also been chased out by the very same people.

FSG have decided to pull the plug on Kenny, and this was very well documented last transfer window. Kenny D is not given more money because he is just wasting them anyway. The money is being held back, because when the change comes, the new guy need money to rebuild and to get rid of Kanny's signings.

This was the truth spoken. Ban me if you like. Warn me if you like, but the truth will not disappear if you remove the messenger.

Lol seriously some fans are so obbssessed about Benitez being the messiah it's unbelievable. You know he never ever questioned the previous' owners about the debt in the club, he also sided with Hicks. Don't make him some kind of messiah, Kenny Dalglish has done more than Rafa for the club and he deserves all the respect for what he has done to this club. He deserves a chance like everybody else and he deserves to time and patience to build his team.

Firstly, I dont give a flying fu'ck what the media says. Hypocritical, lying, sly, corrupt bullsh'itting ***** which was proven with the Suarez disgrace.
Secondly, you have a point with Rafa, but you are guilty, ironically, of wishful thinking yourself if you believe that Rafa is the answer to our problems. Although we shouldnt, or wouldnt take away his successes, lets not get too carried away with his legendary status. Yes we won the CL and the FA cup, but they were both after extra time and penalties. He totally fu'cked up the 2007 CL final through stubborness and arrogance when it was easier to win than the first one. His treatment of Alonso, wanting to replace him with the mighty Gareth Barry (haha), what he did to Keane and Crouch and the revolving door transfer policy are all reasons which led to him going. He could have been a legend if he hadnt have lost the plot. But we will never know. What we do know is that he will never change as he proved at Inter, where he took a treble winning team and turned them into a mediocre one before he was sacked.
Rafa had his moments and was a good manager, but lets not talk of his return.

if you expect to be taken seriously mate dont write rubbish like that, putting aside some of the turgid footy we played at the end of houlliers and benitez`s reign for one minute, you do realise that we spent 8 seasons in the second division during the 50`s?
one particular season we finished in the bottom half of the second division, that was the season we were beaten 9-1 in the league by birmingham and even lincoln city beat us 4-2 at anfield. the mighty port vale were another side that put 4 past us that campaign. worst football since WWII?

what irks some is

-Kenny doesnt know his best 11 after a year and a half in the job
-He's off the pace when it comes to making important changes to win games, or avoid losing
-He's been given more money than any other manager in our history, and wasted most of it on utter rubbish

But hey, we won the micky mouse cup, so lets all be happy. I know it made Birmingham's season last year, so it should be good enough for Liverpool...right?
