I'm sorry guys, but for me Kenny isn't the man to lead us forward. He's transformed us into Newcastle of 1998....poor ideas, average players and no ambition.

Kenny's out of touch with the modern game and lacks the dynanism that modern football has developed. Today's managers think nothing of changing their approach, formation 2 or 3 times per half to outwit the opposition. Kenny's the complete opposite and Stoke must have p!ssed themselves laughing when they saw our team sheet.

But it's not just the set up and tactics...it's Kenny's signings too, which are the WORST in the history of our great club. Downing, Adam, Carroll, Henderson...they're all garbage and they cost us the best part of 100 million. It's a f**king joke.

I'll get panned for saying this, but i hope the board are now searching for someone new, young and capable to take over in the summer and move Kenny back upstairs. Otherwise, he'll get sacked and will be forced to leave Liverpool under a cloud, never to return.

You did your best Kenny, but a top 4 Premier League manager you are not...

its not metalhead...i've been worried for months and hoped things would improve. But they haven't and we're heading for a mid table finish with the hope of a carling cup final.

I also can't face another summer of Kenny buying players, when he hasn't got a clue

Its not knee jerk; but thats not all there is to it though.

Its a lot to do also with the lack of technique upfront. You don't beat teams like Stoke with power, but superior technique and movement. We lacked both in the final 3rd.

We are lacking a certain kind of technical player either in attacking MF, LM or RM, and until we solve that problem we will always find it hard work beating teams like this. I am refering to players like Silva, or Nani when he is playing well, or the oft mentioned Hazard or Adam Johnson, or Marco Reus, Ozil, Lucas, etc. And I doubt seriously if we can find such a player in January

If this was any other manager we would be questioning his tactics. (Playing 3 centre backs at home to Stoke FFS)

Im not calling for the manager to be sack by any means, but im worried, very worried.

The players that have come in are sh!t Carroll, Henderson and Downing are not good enough to wear the shirt.
(Dont care when people say give them time, we need NOW, not 3 years later)

7 draws against sh!t teams is not good enough im sorry, playing 3 centrebacks at ANFIELD is unheard of.

1 shot on target in 90 mins is embarrassing

It is knee jerk.

Im all for exposing flaws, but to call for Kenny's head already is ridiculously premature.

A League Cup would make this a very good first full season. Next season he would have to get top 4, otherwise he certainly will be gone. You dont spend 100m (70m on Carroll, Downing, Henderson) and whatever else he will be given in the summer, without demanding top 4.

even if we did, Kenny wouldn't buy them.

He's more interested in the likes of Darren Bent

I must admit I was totally baffled by Kenny's team selection today!

I mean why did he drop Carroll again? Admittedly he hasn't been great when he has played, but replacing him with probably the premier league's most out of form player (Kuyt)? just doesn't make sense. Why would we have five defenders on the pitch against a team who would barely attack?
Why keep sending in high balls into the box when you are playing against Stoke? We had most of the possession (65%) but looked like we would never score in a million years!

The substitutions were bizarre? Carragher should have been yanked off at half time and either Shelvey/Carroll/Bellamy should have come straight on! Downing was again rubbish and deserved to be taken off, but replacing him with Carroll???
That whole game tactically was a complete dog's dinner and if Hodgson or Rafa had done that I can imagine the comments on here. I think Kenny has to man up and admit that mistakes have been made with regards to transfers. Move the under performing player on ASAP!Downing and Carroll should be nowhere near a Liverpool shirt! The jury is out on Adam?

Enrique has been amazing! Henderson has been decent!

To consistently play a high tempo pass and move style of football, we simply need better quality....players like Meireles and Aquilani....hmmm what happened to them I wonder??
I really hope Kenny learns from today's dreadful performance and if we don't dip into the transfer market I can see us struggling!

Now this i do agree with... and when Kenny was appointed it was the SOLITARY concern i had...his status with the club makes him almost beyond critique to many. He could do a swap deal, Gerrard for Joey Barton, and many of our fanbase would see the wisdom in it.

Had Roy Hodgson signed Andy Carroll, i guarantee he would be getting hammered from all corners (as opposed to most).

I think Kenny has done a decent job so far, certainly if we get past Man City and win the League Cup this would be a successful first season. Next season will be make or break. We currently sit sixth (pretty much where Rafa left us.. ignoring Hodgson as that was nonsense). You dont get two years, spending huge money, not making any progress in the league, and expect to keep the job.

and no one has picked up on the fact that, after selecting FIVE defenders to play against the mighty Stoke...Kenny then put another THREE defenders on the bench....

I feel like we are trapped in the middle of a time loop where the vortex plays out the same story just with different characters. In all honesty Im fecking sick to death of it by now. Same shyte every year then coming on here chirping about it. We are going round again so hold tight.

Not ruthless enough from Kenny and not for the first time. Has nothing to do with the guy's ability to coach or set up the side or get the most out of his players. Its the mentality we have when we approach games against the smaller sides that needs to change. Given time, im hoping Kenny will realize that and try to fix his wrongs. Sense of deja vu in saying that though and while I remain hopeful I cant say im optimistic this time around either.

Kenny got it wrong today.

looked like when Roy was her and the last year of Rafa.

but reading some of the post on here i am shock by some of our members saying "Kenny isn't the man to lead us forward"

so i take it we will see "Kenny out thread" threads very soon.

can i point out to them members that we have our best player of the year out and or best striker out, yes we know we need a better 2nd striker and i am sure we will get one very soon.
