While I do agree it is the Managers job to motivate, you really cant motivate out of players the we have been victim of in defense.

Roy I do think isnt capable of managing this team now, however I do feel our problems also lie on the pitch too

Yep we have problems within the team, and im sure that will be addressed come the next few transfer windows. That aside though Roy is making this club look worse and worse with every week that goes by. Enough is enough imo.

I'm still in holiday mode mate, post holiday blues rather. Slowly but surely though I am getting back to my normal. By the end of the night ill have got a fk off Roy in there somewhere.
