In fairness he is not sticking up for roy but spreading the blame equally. As much as roy isnt going to be our saviour, neither are many of our players, this is his point.

Wait a minute , i'm sure someone mentioned it before .Nine of those players who were involved tonight were part of the squad that finished 2nd on 86 points. Were they dogsh!t then or could it be that they are so demoralised by the manager and his tacticts and his style (or none style to be precise) of play that they are completely and utterly fecked confidence wise . They all to a man are ashadow of there former selves . Now is this purely coincedence or could there be another reason for this mass loss of form and ability .

No they are not the same. However a majority of the players are the same ones that helped rafa get the sack through lack of passion and/or skill. The last two seasons, the majority of the players still here do not deserve to be.

When we finished second, we had Alonso. We all knew what a brilliant player he was, it was only after he left we all found out just how big a player he was. Also in defence. We had Arbeloa, not great, but reliable and Hyypia. Subtle but key changes.

Yes, which puts that "same squad" argument to rest.

I was so f@cking sick of all you ibm&ciles and stupids a year back when you completely failed to understand what was going on. You sacked the best manager Liverpool has ever had and replaced him with a Souness kind of guy. Since you wanted his head, despite the fact that he took the club to three semi finals in CL and one CL trophy in 5 years and was able to challenge the best clubs in England on 30 % of their wage budget and transfer budget.

You must really be shittin your pants now. It it beautiful to see your vision come true.

So so far he's blamed the ownership problems, had a go at half the players and Rafa Benitez and now tonight he's gone one step further and turned on the fans. Never his fault is it?

What an absolute Gentleman he is ....
I can honestly say hand on heart I seriously didn't like Souness ,but ffs its nothing compared to the hostility I feel for this twisted old man .... that's it for me... personally I think its  high time we took matters into our own hands  to rid ourselves of this blight on the club  ..... stmichael wrote:tonight was the last straw for me. even lower than the blackpool defeat. we offered nothing and ended up lumping long balls forward to a centre half against a team who have the worst away record in all 4 divisions.

my mate texted me a minute ago and said that apparently the sky commentators were banging on about the team he inherited again. i mean ffs can't they see what's right infront of their eyes? the constant clueless tactics. the constant playing of players out of position.

a blind man could see that the shape of the team was all wrong. and don't even get me started on the ngog substitution. he offered far more than torres and changing strikers who are getting sod all service does nothing anyway.

wolves were by far the better footballing side aswell. utterly depressing. four points off the relegation zone.

happy new f#cking year.

i know mate, it fecking hurts like mad doesn't it! we lost to fecking wolves tonight, fecking wolves. i tell you mate, mick 'the pr1ck' mccarthy for me is the new 'fat sam'

i still can't beleive we lost to those tw@ts- like i say mate, what really p1ssed me off was the fact that we tryed to lump balls in the air from riena etc, rather than play to feet. people go on about our need for a winger-fine, but the tactics roy installs wouldn't count for feck all anyway,so what's the point?

the only way & point is to say -thanks roy-you tried, you are out of your depth & resign with what ever dignity you still have.

This post sums it up perfectly for me, from a lad off another site,im not gonna waste me breath on him nomore from here on in, hes not even worth a mention, from now on until he goes im barring myself from talking about any nocturnal animals.

The Liverpool FC Board of directors are failing in their duty as custodians & guardians of Liverpool Football Club if they fail to relieve the manager Roy Hodgson of his position.
A blind man can see that he is plainly out of his depth and it utterly beyond belief that he was given the job of managing LFC when you research his CV.  Sack him forthwith.
