I cant see us picking up many points away from home if we carry on under Roy.
Kenny until the end of the season wouldnt be as bigger gamble as keeping Roy until the end of the season for me.

What he said . but were Ben said he cant see us picking up many points away from home, i cant see us picking up any. Zilch , and that absolutly terrifies me

As much as I love that to happen, I really doubt it. The newcastle game summed it up. Roy will never set up his team right away from home and its costly.

Kenny for the short term, until the end of the season is a good solution, a gamble, surely he can do better than Roy

He would command instant respect from the players and would have them playing for him straight away . He bleeds LFC and knows how we work . This is the man that won the double in his first season in charge and continued to win and produce great football teams till the day he left . That was all to do with hillsborough and he was ready to come back to us and leave blackburn , it's in the book . He is a genius and you don't lose that . We can't do any worse than under roy . It will give us the rest of the season to target a manager with a vision (if kenny isn't up to it ),because hodgson needs to go now .

Spot on, good call

I'm going the game in about half an hour and if I'm being honest I wouldnt put the mortgage on us taking all 3pts.
Ive lost faith in RH being able to tactically outwit any other prem manager or to even motivate us.
I really don't think we can afford to leave him in charge till the summer.
Daggers and Tommo as stand ins for now, but if it does work out then let it be.

id have him till the end of season no bother, see how he does and then decide.
i believe if kenny were to return so would the winning ways,he's never been out of football just management and honestly how can you pick the like's of coyle and the norwich bloke over him, as i see the latter two as just as big a gamble, if not bigger than kenny.
we have a decent enough squad and we are only 3 maybe 4 quality players off challenging and if hodgson remains i fear by the end of the season we will have lost too much talent and face a total rebuild.we need someone in now who will gain respect and hold on to these players and have the prowess to attract other big names.
we are a big club, who deserves big players big managers and then we will win big things.
none of our rivals accept mediocrity and why should we!!

For me Kenny should be installed as Caretaker with the club stating they will look for a suitable replacement for Roy which may take time.

If Kenny does well keep him in the job if not get the manager you always said you were going to get, put Kenny back doing what he was without losing face (as that was always officially the plan).

Its a no brainer for me!

Who knows.
I voted no because we have already spent way too much time beeing stuck in the past. If he is just a caretaker manager until the summer thats ok, but I dont think he is any kind of longterm solution for the club. Might as well let Hodgson stay until the summer and get a new manager then.
