Now their predictions have turned to sh!t, they are too embarrassed and stubborn to admit they were wrong about most things they spewed out.

What are you on about? most on here who wanted Rafa to go also had doubts on Roy's ability to improve from last season's diabolical performances, but they were prepared to give him a chance because he deserved one from the start.

Don't change the tune MH... most anti-Rafa's were saying Roy will do better than Rafa's last season... blah blah blah...

i think you'll find they said "he couldn't do any worse", and that would be correct. We're no worse off than last season.

Where can I find that quote mate? After Roy put us in relegation zone?  :D

Bigmick and co were saying they are confident Roy can improve on last season.

My question to that has always been "sure, alot of managers can improve on the 7th position with this liverpool squad. But can he get us 4th?"

People are now starting to change their tunes...

Took my Lad and his mates to watch the game earlier ,all I can say is if that's  what doubles for entertainment you can keep it ,half the Centenary were more interested in the Steak n Pepper pies  :D ffs all the Kids wanted to see was Torres, it wouldn't of hurt to introduce him to the play  even for a short while ...... on another note it was 15 minutes before anyone knew Cole was playing, and Babels time at this club has been nothing short of painful ....... but not nearly as painful as the current incumbents short time at this once great club :(

LET IT BE KNOWN!... :)

... that IF and WHEN we secure 4th place, I will fully get behind Roy. Right now I support Liverpool FC but not Roy Hodgson because I believe he is the wrong man for the job.

Now that's all, stop arguing... :)

Its not so much arguing, its more to do with...whats the word?....

GUFF ! thats it !

The match against Utrecht meant nothing to Liverpool. It was a meaningless match. Our job was done. However this is where the guff kicks in, "awful performance" of course it was, it was a makeshift team did anyone notice Jones in goal ? didnt that give you some idea?

"My kid had to suffer that", no he/she didnt. The match was pointless, and so kids got in for free. Again, to reiterate, the match was pointless for us, our job was done. As Roy said before the match, playing the players he has chosen, there is nothing to lose. The players out there had a chance to stake there claim for a first team slot. They failed.

But hell, lets take it as another chance to jump on Roys back, while failing to realise, with a game in hand on the group, his job was done. We qualified top of the group. Regardless of last nights result.

I dont understand what the owners are waiting for , time is up for Mr.Roy . Wait any longer then you can forget 4th place . He's body language by the stand are terrible , the way that the team are playing is awful . Its sad to see . Somebody told that we still need to get behind he's back and support him because he is still a LFC manager and still deserve our respect .

I hope he show us respect and walk away now .

No match Liverpool take to the field for ...where a collection of players picked to play in said game, be it a fucking friendly ,or a European Cup Final should be under the pretension that the game isn't important to the fans ..... Kids may have well have had free admission, but adults still had to pay to watch that sham masquerading as a competent performance ..... The Utrecht game may seem palatable to our very easily pleased manager ,but it was a disgrace to anyone who remembers European competition as a platform to show Liverpool at their very best

I agree. But like I said, this was a chance for the players to show they warrant a place in the first team. They failed.

Actually thats a lie, Kelly played well, and the more I see of him, the more I think this kid should replace Carragher.

Back to the players though, they are paid fantastic wages and from what we saw of them, discounting the manager for once, and Kelly of course, its hard to justify paying any of them any kind of wage.

I really don't believe I can sugar coat this any longer... I am actually beginning to despise this nasty ill tempered man ...how dare the media quiz him about the Owners ...how dare they not consider his unequalled longevity as a Scandinavian nomad his unparalleled achievement's in his  time at such prestigious clubs  as Halmstad  ,Malmo , and Orebro .... How dare they have the audacity to question his standing in European football ,surely they can see the man how he views himself after all this is a man who is supremely confident in his own ability .....
He's not concerned ,he's not worried ....its clearly not his team and the owners are well aware of this ....and finally if we were top of the league fans would not be clamouring for his resignation ..... If only eh Roy ...if only ......do this club the biggest favour you could bestow on us  and Leave while we still have a modicum of dignity to hold on to .... take that sword you keep informing us managers have ???
and fucking fall on it for the good of this once proud club :(

He needs to be played at CB that's a given ,,,he is definitely our future I don't think RB is his best position ,however he did well earlier ... I think him an Agger would be a good pairing
