I am/was willing to give him until Christmas when many declared him unfit for the job even before a ball was kicked in anger. Unfortunately it seems those who mocked him so early on were very much spot on in terms of it not working out - not the personal gibs and stick he got along with it mind you, just the fact that he seems way of his league at this club.

I was hoping the board or whomever would take stock on the situation during Christmas too. Personally I think it's too long to see the season out with him, the writing is on the wall, nobody really wants him here and NESV although they're new to this game, they still need to be ruthless if they want to be successful.

not good enough... we are getting further and further away from 4th... to tell you the truth, I can't be arsed about our season anymore, not if Roy continues to be our manager... there is just no hope under him...

I rather he see out season unless we go into too much of a freefall.

Like Mart i think we have better chance of getting right man for job in summer.

Roy wasn't my choice but I haven't slagged him but I think we have seen enough of hm now to see he isn't the man to lead us to promised land

Hes not a fraud ciggy. But, i have to agree that he looks lost here. No point in waiting till end of year because Fenway might already have committed some money in jan and going by poulsen that could be another costly mistake.

Lets forget about cl etc. Just build a squad, similar to what spurs did for a few years. Then lets push on and continue at the top again. Remembewr these new rules for fair trading etc.

With our revenue and income that should allow us to compete very well. Dont forget that shortly we might just be able to negotiate our own tv deal and LFC will get a massive deal. Historically and worldwide there is inly us and scum who are so much demand.

Didnt he turn us down this summer? I think he would be a good choice, but if he comes at all it probably means Roy will stay on until the summer.

Sadly I don't think we can afford to wait.
The way things are going we will finish mid table at best  :(
This is one of the most important seasons in our history and we cant afford to sit back in a daze and watch it drift away into mediocrity
Spurs and City will be further away and it will take years to claw it back (if we ever do)

hodgson has settled into the club now. we have improved a bit after our abysmal start and i hope to god he can keep on improving, but he was never gonna be a long term solution.

he just doesnt have that extra quality needed to be a manager of our club.

im sure he's a nice guy....but i really do hope NESV are working tirelessly to find the right successor. its not in our nature to sack managers mid-season....but so many things have changed in football and im not saying we should make a habit of it, but this might be one of the times we should "break tradition". lord knows Liverpool FC from staff to fans have acted out of character especially under the previous ownership. this time it could be nothing but be beneficial.

I actually don't think he's a nice guy at all, I think he's a complete pr1ck, certainly he comes across that way when he's surly to reporters and other countries leagues.
I thought he was settling into the job as well but now I'm not so sure, he certainly doesn't seem to be able to talk to Torres and that is key if we are to try and get in to 4th, which I still think is a possibility if we can start to fire on all cylinders.

lets face the fact............if our strikers had been any good in that game we would have won it, we had total control for a long time in the 2nd half and did nothing with it.

time to start asking ourselves if Torres is still the real deal or time to sell him on, can we take the risk of keep pucking him only to let the team down.

when we was pushing up Torres was giving the ball away and forcing us back.

the back 4 need a talking to.........with a size 12 boot.
