now, IF (its a big if) we have turned the corner, and the last few matches would suggest so, then i honestly believe we can win ALL of these. If we do that, we'll be in the top 4 before the year is out.

they are certainly all winable

and we've got Torres, Gerrard and Carra to come back. AND new players to come....things are looking up  :D

We need to build on that win, and we need to go to St.James Park and get a win.

Good win, let's get a bit of momentum going now. We have some very winnable games coming up.

I agree.

they both have really similar styles. and both are not confined to the 'i am a defensive midfielder or attacking midfielder' mentality.

they keep it simple, tidy, and most important of all, their partnership keeps the team ticking. today, i saw us with more attacking movement mainly because they didnt try to do bomb forward and defend the back four every time the ball changed possession.

they simply won the ball, and passed it forward. simple and effective. tonight, they really allowed the likes of maxi and glen johnson to express themselves going forward.

we have 6 or 7 very winable games coming up. As i said in the Hodgson thread, the next month or two will show us what sort of Liverpool manager Roy will be.

No doubt he'll ruin today's results by saying  "i'm a die hard Man utd fan" in the press conference or something  :D

Ngog & Babel....could this be a good partnership or was this game a fluke? :p

If only Liverpool could play like this more often.

Good effort by the lads tonight, very professional and grafted. You do wonder sometimes if these boys take more responsibility without the main men in there and they stepped up tonight. As has been said the next group of games look very good on paper and certainly you would have to be looking at that and feel you have to go for wins every time there. If we can win 4 of those it would propell us into the mix for 4th for sure.
