Liverpool Football Club - Games

I got so bored I tuned out and missed the first goal...
Not a great performance at all. And I still believe we need some quality signings in the close season. The bench isn't good enough. On a positive note Keita did well today, happy for him. Robbo thankfully wasn't as shyte as he was against City.

Good to see Curtis get his first League goal, hopefully that’s the first of many. Dull game for the most part but to be fair it’s not always easy playing against teams who are fighting for their premier league existence.
Onwards and upwards.

Good to see us bounce back after the hang over performance against City. Would be great to finish the season with 100+ points.

Villa did try their best, which was expected as they are fighting for survival. First half was boring, just felt like a pre-season match but even worse. Glad for Jones, got a goal added to his extension.

In other news- City lost again LOL, Well done Southamption
Sterling did say  "Next season starts now" when they beat us. Even though it didn't add much weight, now that win is even more meaningless.

City have lost 9 games now in the league.

We've lost 9 league games since August 2017.

I know we're Champions of everything right now but the team does look as though it needs "something".

The worrying aspect about the Villa game was the number of chances we gave them to counter and score. Against a better team we could easily have conceded a couple of goals.

Our season finished in early March when we got knocked out of the FA Cup and Champions League. Our league season finished even earlier on 1st Feb when we went into the winter break with such a huge gap between ourselves and Man City. Not really surprised we're seeing a drop off.
