well looks like he might be free very soon

"Inter president Massimo Moratti gave coach Rafael Benitez his backing after last weekend’s derby defeat by leaders AC Milan, but another loss has left the Spaniard exposed with the champions now nine points off top spot. "

it's history repeating....Rafa loses the plot with a weird rant in a press conference and his team's form goes out of the window.

the one attacking Roy before the CL game with Spurs....Inter haven't played a good game of football since then.

Erm you mean the one were he was defending himself when asked questions about what Roy had said about him all over the papers the day before ,

Id call that Defending not attacking wouldnt you.

Maybe he should do less "defending" of his honour if it has a detrimental effect on his team?

call it what you like, Inter have been sh!te since he gave that press conference.

It's just like the time he gave that FACT speech, and we went on a poor run of form. Rafa goes on a weird rant and his team suffers.

We know that Nan but he has previous of this.
One thing that used to burn my brain when he was here was his insistance on "setting he record straight". He doesnt seem to want to learn from his mistakes (if he even thinks it is one?) and seems powerless to stop himself from ranting.
Its such a shame because he would probably be more successful if he could control himself.

Benitez cant handle a big club anymore because as soon as the heats on he starts opening his beak and upsetting the applecart. At a guess he will end up back on home soil and see his managerial days out where it all began after what for him has been a catastrophic year for his career. Istanbul is long behind him and he will find it hard to convince prospective employers he still has what it takes plus he finds it difficult dealing with criticism and furthermore authority within the corriders of power. He will have to build his reputation back up and start over but you wonder now if he has it in him to do it all again.

The big question is can he change?
The evidence at the moment says not...
