S for Roy, yet again its gone way over the top, Bav is ready to start up a lynchmob whilst others will find any story, related or otherwise to put a bad cloud over the man.

Yeah yesterday was just rubbish, dunno what to say really, doesnt mean we turn into a hate mob

Roy turning into fergie is a compliment to roy though isnt it? roy couldnt lace fergies boots hes one of the best managers in the game, I hate him but his record speaks for itself.

As I said i havent seen the picture but people are getting their knickers in a twist over nothing.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

its just last in along line of wind ups cigs. you wouldnt take it about any other manager in the history of Liverpool, so shouldn't let it be ok about Roy.

Woy has to go he's worse than Souness who's team at least played with an attacking style even though they were worse defensively than Hodgson's team. The next three games against West Ham, Spurs and Villa could be make or break for Roy. Anything less than six points and it could be over for him.

Sickening .....whats truly stomach churning is the fans who are taking stick from people who dont move of this Fucking forum and believe they have the right to proffer judgement ....on the likes of Ciggy and Nan ...its getting ridiculous now

Your a scouser too aint ya?

Hitting nerves hurts.

I mentioned no names kidda, you did.

I am just sick of the attitude, and all I did was mention the generalisation of how scousers are right and ooters are wrong, and with what you have put, have capped it.

No its not me who is doing this club wrong.

If someone is wrong to suggest a proper fan only goes the game ,it should go both ways ....or do you honestly think that those who (for want of a better word "Armchairs ") have the God given right to  cast the kind of absolute offensive abuse you did earlier
As for the ooter issue you brought that up Lad when you believed you had the right to cast doubt on fans who would fucking die for the club they love ..."while doesn't get it from Grimsby "sits in his room and smashes down on his laptop keyboard in indignation ..... your assessment earlier was a disgrace .....we call ourselves supporters because we put our hard earned money in there every week .....being  Scouser's isn't the issue here and you know it.. and you should apologize for the insults to the fans that give this club a voice ....
It seems for a while now some posters have been proclaiming loud and clear to any fool that will listen who the proper fans are while they bang out yet another reason why we should give the current incumbent time ...
I find this as ridiculous  as me trying to tell a pensioner how to play dominoes ..... you say you despair over the posters who ridicule the manager ...then you decide to disparage all the people who have followed this wonderful club down the years
because you deem it necessary that you should deliver  your considered opinion on the support of Liverpool FC ...not it has to be said unlike when you also delivered your opinion (or should I say verdict ) on S.O.S
Like I said earlier....... and you are who exactly  ?

I can't for the life of me why people are still defending Roy....really I'm perplexed! The old..."he deserves our support he's the LFC manager" thing is really commendable.

I fully support him while he is here in the way I want him to win every game, but that's because I love LFC not because I think he is the man for the job.You can support the manger but you can also be realistic and say he is not good enough, cause he is not.
We have played well in 3 games under Roy..Arsenal,UTD and Chelsea...now it does not take a genius to understand that these 3 games are self motivators for players, the managers job here is easy...pick 11 players and occasion delivers the passion....no big team talk or tactical genius required!

In the rest of our games we have been terrible,it's not an exaggeration to say we are playing terrible football(probably amongst the worst in the league)....it's hard to watch!

The club is just too big for the man,he is way out of his depth and under pressure!FFS every time they put the camera on him and ask a few questions he is like a rabbit caught in headlights,he falls apart and says something daft!

I would like to hear why people think he is up to the job.....what he has done so far to earn more time...what they can see that I can't!
Cause simply put,the fact that he is our manager is not enough.

HE could be dangerous for our future.Look at it this way NESV could hand him say £80million at the end of the season..we could finish in the bottom half near the bottom 3 maybe...what quality player would say....."oh I want to go and help Roy with the LFC revival" when UTD,City,Chelsea,Spurs etc are waving money at them too......I can't think of many!

Also the old Rafa left him a sh'it squad excuse does not wash either....OK granted it was not as good as UTD,City etc but he has better players available than most teams in the League....certainly a squad that should be doing better than having Played 13,won 4,drew,lost 5!!

He has to go ASAP...he is getting NOTHING from the players!!

RBG, hes no ROOT unlike me.

Im an armchair supporter, lvie in London, cant go to many games as always working.

the thing is, 'real fans' are finding harder to find nowadays. everyone wants everything now. theres no real passion (not with all, just with some) and the face of football is changing. 'ooters' have there own problems, we're called everything under the sun by everyone. it seems sometimes that both liverpool and non liverpool fans think we're just glory hunters etc etc

the fact is that ooters do feel 'betrayed' sometimes but im not making excuses for teh rudeness of some posters on here. We're all fans, it hurts everyone when we lose and play badly.

This thread just about sums up what is wrong with our club at the minute. Im not going to go into the part Benitez has played in our downfall (thats what it is folks) because theres no point. What I will say is that Ive seen enough to know that Roy is not the man to turn us round and into a major force again. To be honest I dont know who is. Certainly not Kenny, because as much as I love the man for what he did for LFC, he is, was and probably always will be a quitter (history books show this) and he has been too long out of the game anyway. So, who else is there? Who is this magic-wand waving miracle worker with divine powers who will come into this disastrous, once great, split-fan based club and drag it off its knees and back onto its feet? Because, looking at that performance from those players, we need a superman not a mere mortal to make us great again.

Paul it works both ways mate ...I love the fact Liverpool is supported far and wide ,but if we are declared as offensive in delivering our verdict on the situation ...then it should equally be frowned upon when Kharhaz proffers his judgement .... wouldn't you agree .....otherwise the ooter thing will rage for years
Do us a favour mate read his post and tell me how you would feel

i think hes a disgrace lol, but also i think theres a difference between critisism on the terrace and the vile way people have talked about him on here. I equally frown on all.

Ive supported Liverpool since i was about 8... so about 24 years give or take. all my mates called me a glory hunter, all liverpudlians called me the same at first. its chanegd as theyve seen how i feel about liverpool. It gets a bit frustrating as i cant be up there with you lot, but its no excuse for what he said to be fair

Yes but just because you go to matches shouldnt make you free from criticism. I know plenty of match going supporters who talk absolute sh'ite.
Everyone is open to criticism. Even the manager...

very true that thommo. We've gotta be united as a force again. I know we hate hearing all these plans for 5 years etc. But, what about giving a younger manager a chance at this club with a Dalglish acting like Paisley did with him? A footballing guy like Owen Coyle. Not neccesarily saying Coyle, but a manager who wants his teams to play football the right way.

Its a huge job and sometimes i think its the hardest job in the country because of where we have gone, and what we expect. Fergie has it easy at scum cos the club is settled and have been winners for a while. Here, not so and we have a bar set so high that its probably unattainable just now for anyone to reach. A complete re-build on ideas etc.

20 games in and Roy, sadly isnt up to the massive expectations that we want. But who is?

Can I interject before the former manager's name gets dragged into this.

Might be worth quoting that paragraph nanny posted earlier.

On the radio on the way home from the match I heard pundits and "fans" alike lining up to use that totally invalid excuse. Not saying it's full of quality, but ffs 7 of yesterdays team played in the 4-1 drubbing of Manu and the massacre of Real Madrid.  Of the other 4 I think it's ackowledged that the Greek was a good buy on a shoestring budget, Konchesky and the Raul are Hodgons buys, so that just leaves Maxi - so it must be him who's making us play so :censored: No chance it's the manager, it's Rafa's  squad.

S@int At what point does the responsability fall under the present manager?
