Looking ahead we've got Wigan, Stoke and West ham....there's no reason why we shouldn't win ALL of those and power our way into the top 4  :buttrock

Well done today Roy.  You've taken a lot of stick on here.  Some deserved.  Most undeserved.  Three matches coming up that should be won.  Do that and we are likely to be in 5th heading into December.

The settling in period along with the players playing again instead of sulking about off-pitch issues is over.  This is Liverpool FC again.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

I think the presence of the owner and the talks he had with the players had helped them played with more intensity. Hopefully this will continue and Henry attend every match! We played a great game. But just thought Roy left Maxi on for too long. Let's win the next three and we will be back in top 4!!

Credit where it's due, tactically sound, got the set up spot on, closed the game down at the right time, switched Kuyt and Mereiles at the right time and was brave enough to stick Kuyt up top. Also had to cope with losing two defenders just before the match. Top effort from Roy.

Like I said earlier today, whatever anyone thinks about him long term he certainly isn't "a fecking sh!t manager" or "a buffoon" or an embarrassment who is completely out of his depth". He's a good manager who is doing a decent job.

It doesnt matter how many games we win to some. He wasnt, isnt and never will be good enough.
Lets see if those who said he had nothing to do with the win over Napoli credit him with having anything to do with todays result...

The next three games will show whether we are serious about challenging for the top 4 spot. Wigan, Stoke and West Ham... All 9 points please.

If it was not for goal difference we would be 5th right now. 3 points against Wigan is a must.

Don't slip up now Roy.

Some of them are so desperate not to give Roy any credit, they have to positively grit their teeth before saying anything when we've won . It's funny more than anything else.
