dawson99 wrote:you are a bunch of f*cking muppets. You see one headline and all go mad... look at what he actually said... look at fivecups post before you post your normal f*cking drivel you mindless stupid f*cking sheep. You're a disgrace to the club, you know who you are. You jump on abandwagon before doing any research of your own.

Benny, Nanny, Zara and the rest wh know who you are, oh redbeer as well. Read the actual quote. And f*ck off to RAWK where the 'real' fans are. Obviously you think us non scouse fans are not as important or know about the club so why not leave?

I left the forum to stop myself from this but now again you read a headline from a rag and go off on one? I thought Liverpool fans knew about football, and i kinda think we know that tabloids can change the truth adn make it a lie, its happened to us before hasnt it?

Basically whatever Roy says he will get done for it. You are all behaving like f*cking children, calling him an owl, some sort of Star Trek character all that. Your retort is always that others called Rafa a fat spanis waiter. Maybe 3 people did.. once. This is just playground bullying, and the mods havent got the bottle to do anything about it as the one bullying are so called old timers on here.

Roy isnt killing this club, you lot are. Benny as always is out as soon as bad news is near. Nanny is reading something compeltely werong again and Redbeergoggles is a scouser so can say what he want. Meanwhile top psoters like fivecups are saying what is actually being said and making the rest of you look like muppets.

Be a proper fan, do your f*cking homework FFS and grow up.

The problem isnt whether or not Roy is right for the club anymore, tis the animals that have shown complete disrespect from day one to a man who took the job when no one else wanted it. A lot of posters need to look at themselves long and hard.

and why the f*ck does it seem more posters have Inter sigs than Liverpool ones... we're LFC not Rafa ltd... get a grip lads, sort it out before absolutely everyone leaves theis forum due to being bullied out by a few mindless f*cking idiots.

That is all, back to hiding for me before i go compeltely mad

ps - we'll win today, yay

go on... how many insults are there in this post? A stuffed owl toy for the one who guesses right...

Honest to god reading some of your posts lately makes me cringe, they are childish.
I have a sense of humour but its like watching a kid being bullied in a playground reading this thread at times.
Its not nice at all.

yeah? well I'm sick and tired of you, dawson, Thommo, metalhead, maypax, Big Niall, Big Mick, etc etc act all self-righteous when you yourselves were guilty of the same amount of disrespect to the previous manager. The hypocricy that I'm witnessing at the moment is just incredible...

I've said this time and time again...

1. I've never called Roy an Owl (However, I find the twee twoo twee twoo funny which is well withing my rights)
2. I've never called Roy, "Woy"
3. I've never insulted Roy in anyway
4. I've criticised his tactics which is well within my rights
5. I'm well p1ssed off that he put us in the relegation zone which is well within my rights
6. I've criticised two times regarding his numerous ill-advised sound bites which is well within my rights
7. I think he doesn't deserve to be LFC manager and deserves to be sacked which is well within my rights

I'll ask you something who came out and insulted other posters first calling numpties and a dozen other insults, throwing his little tantrum when there was nothing insulting about the way we criticised Roys latest comments? So don't feckin tell me I'm childish because the ones who are acting childish first are you and your lot...

Go and read the match thread I celebrated like any other LFC fan when we won against Blackburn and Bolton... so don't be a self-righteous :censored:...

PS: I can put whatever feck I like in my sig and don't appreciate being questioned are you a real LFC fan or are you an Inter fan...

PPS: Thommo and Metalhead has some sense of humour which I appreciate...

You think twit twoo is funny

Says more about your type of humour than me not having one.
I am not being self righteous at all.
I criticised the previous manager when i thought he was getting things wrong.
I do the same with this one.
Never have i insulted Rafa once, why would i ?
He was doing his best at a job. I just didnt think he was the right man for the job in the end.

The pathetic insults are not on and the mods should be clamping down on them to be honest.

Why am i in some crowd that you are putting me in ?

I also dont think Roy is the right man for the job. But while he is in it he deserves a chance and a little bit of respect.

you know what I agree... look at my quotes above...

Twee Twoo Twee Twoo is funny because it's referring to the formation as well and the original joke was Torres not understanding Roy...

Whenever someone makes fun of Rafa's 'Kwality' it's funny...
Whenever someone makes fun of Rafa's 'No' at the end of each sentence it's funny...
Whenever someone makes fun of Rafa's 'Options and possibilities' it's funny...

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one...

We lose a game and the managers sh'ite
We win a game and the managers lucky
You couldnt make it up.
Some people have got it really bad, so bad that they cannot give him credit for anything.
Its sad really that we have come to this. Predictable, but sad. Like some have said, going the match was a fun thing to do at one time. The laughs, the booze, and of course the footy. All that has faded for me and the abuse the current managers geting is part of the problem. Im not a "Roy lover" but I am an LFC lover and even though Benitez burned my brain out I absolutely refused to call him names or disrespect him publicly. And if anyone ever booed while they were next to me I would certainly give them a warning and then a slap if they continued. That is one thing I would not accept.
Roy is here for the foreseeable future and as far as Im concerned things are turning round and we can see the green shoots of recovery. All we need is for the players to stop feeling sorry for themselves and play for each other and Im sure we will climb even further up the table.
Well done Roy
Well done players

Anyway leaving aside the arguments for a moment and taking the thread back to what it was originally intended to be, at least we are starting to get a couple of encouraging results. 12th is nothing to write home about, but it's a fecking site better than 19 or whatever the feck we were.

Many of us have said for a while that Roy deserves a fair crack of the whip, but I have to say he still has a fair way to go in order to prove his appointment was a good idea. I was convinced last season that the team was better than 7th (I actually thought we were good enough to get into the top four) and I am convinced that this season we are good enough to CHALLENGE for it. If we don't do that, and can't even improve on 7th, then regardless of whether or not there's anything in my "new manager to unite the fans" theory, it's impossible to pretend Roy has been a success.

My guess is that fairly soon we are going to be kicking around the mid to lower reaches of the top ten, and I suppose it's from there where we'll see exactly what Roy is made of.

Agreed 100%

It seems that there may be some hope though, the way Man City are having problems of their own... we might just sneak in. And not all the clubs are perfect, the mancs are drawing too many games, Arsenal is arsenal and can be inconsistent at times. Chelsea it seems are the only team that seems to be showing some mettle. The rest of the clubs are very close to each other. If we can draw against Chelsea and then later on string some wins together we might just climb up the table pretty fast.

I have a feeling West Brom might do very well this season. Very impressed with them so far...

For me personally I don't think I need to justify my stance ,especially to people who watch the game on their computer and have in all probability never set foot in Anfield ...I mean people accuse me of taking a high handed approach and then in the same breath they proclaim to fans (without the merest semblance of a smirk)  that they should stand behind the manager ....
these same fans such as Sandra and Lyndsey have being attending Anfield and following the red men home and away for countless years (sorry Girls only way to say it  ) are being told in no uncertain terms they are not proper fans WELL FUCK OFF    be serious  take a break and think about what your saying ..... because everytime you logged on from the relative comfort of your home  hoping to see the the latest update on the takeover thread ,these same fans where out there fighting for the club ...... if it wasn't so embarrassing it would be comical .....do people honestly believe their opinion holds any sway with fans that can say without any bravado, what they personally done to rid this club of its most darkest foes .....You people ......show some fuc king respect to your fellow fans ...the same fans that have been the lifesblood of this club for years ....if they dont feel the current incumbent is the man for the job THERE'S A  FUCKING REASON ..... he probably isn't ....... absolute disgrace this forum lately and that goes for both sides

Trouble is with the bigger teams dropping more points then say a couple of seasons ago give us better chance of sneaking in to fourth . It also means there will far more teams which you would have thought normally would have been aiming to get a UEFA at best, chasing that fourth spot

Have to agree if Roy cant improve on seventh then he will be judged by that result. While it may seem rather harsh after only one season, there has to be certain expectation at being LFC manager.

no offence mate but look at the picture, its inter, your stance is all about the ex manager, maybe you're on the wrong forum?

Its not about anti Roy, its about showing the manager a little bit of respect, not slagging him off like we're mancs as Igor supremely put it. I don't care if you've had a season ticket for 50 years, you abuse a current Liverpool manager like some have on here and you're no fan.
