the time when the interviewer asked the Sex Pistols to swear on live tv ..... he got exactly what he asked for ....and posters on here are sitting back waiting with a smug smile of self satisfaction laying literary land mines just fishing for someone with a fucking pulse to show a touch of passion ..so they can sink back into their comfy chair and pour scorn on their claims .... at least these posters and fans have a propensity for HONESTY ...some may not like it but there is a huge swell of match going supporters who feel the current incumbent is in well over his head ...and the clock is ticking TICK TOCK TICK TOCK

I am a little confused by people's thoughts.
Are the majority of fans on here happy with the result and the way we played ?
I havent been in the match thread so i am not sure. The reason i am asking is because there is still much negativity after a very decent performance and obviously we won the game.
I see people are not happy with the comments he has made after the game but to me it seems to be another reason to jump all over the manager as there wasnt anything else to ridicule him over.
There is more posts for this inter vs spuds match than Liverpool against Blackpool lol
Yep we did indeed
We told you so !!!!!!!!!!

andy_g wrote:why is it so unthinkable that roy was happy with the result and the performance and so decided to lighten up a bit? he may say some odd and ill-thought things at times but i very much doubt he seriously believes that jamie carragher plays anything like carlos alberto. i'm sure he also wasn't trying to suddenly become stan boardman and try his hand at a bit of stand-up. i think he was probably just making a quip nothing else, and the reaction to that quip by so many people on here shows just how much many people need to find more sticks to beat him with.
and the saddest thing of all is that a bunch of adults (and rocky) have spent several pages of internet forum arguing and fighting and insulting each other over the content and meaning of this fukking quip.
