, hes playing in a different league where nobody closes down, Aqua is no doubt a quality player in italy HOWEVER he doesnt like not having time on the ball, he is not suited to the premier league, he is :censored:

in the EPL cant really say it better than that.

Nobody will be begging Aqua to come back, he wont be coming back, he said that when he was loaned out.

i still dont understand the love for this player. He looked OK, a little bit of creativity for sure but lacked the physicality for the permiership and very often was completely ineffective (although he never vanished entirely like maxi). he's not a defensive mdfielder and with rafa and roy playing two then there was precious little opportunity.

I can see us getting good value for him in the summer from a league where his undoubted good style fits.

for fecksake why are u bothered about his defensive qualities. Look at our team now its full of defensive uncreative players. We should be saying lets protect aqua and leave him to do what hes best at fecking creating chances. Hes not meant to be like fecking gattuso or masherano.

i'm not. i could give a damn about his defensive qualities tbh. but the managers have been playing two defensive mids which isnt him, two wide forwards which also isnt him and a player in the hole behind torres which is him. trouble is that spot is also favoured by a lot of other players including the captain.

thats why opportunities for him are limited

i dont dislike him because of defensive frailties - i just dont think hes good enough (although he'd have plenty of company there)

I cannot understand why Roy sent him away oin loan saying that he could not give him the match play he needed then went out and bought Poulsen and plays him constantly

UNBELIEVABLE . A playmaker for a piece of,shi.te . And dont even get me Started on Agger , Yeh i know he is injured but before that he would stick Konchesky in over him best ball playing defender around and hes overlooked for Skrtel and Konchesky , Deluded

To be fair mate there not exactly the same type of player, to light weight to play centre mid IMO.

What have the fans got against Aquaman seriously?
Is it the fact that so much money was spent on him? Is it because he came in as a replacement for Alonso but couldn't fill his boots? (Hard boots to fill with Alonso being one of the best mids in the world)

Aqua has had alot of bad injuries and came to Liverpool injured. He was very cautious with his play when he returned which was understandable, and Rafa didn't give him enough games to get over his injuries mentally.

You cannot question his touch, or passing ability because its top notch. Joe Cole has come in with the exact same qualities and played even worse then Aqua did last season yet Joe Cole is amazing to you guys.

Get that horseshoe out of your asses and support Aquaman, because we can't create f*ck all without him.
