Whether it is intended or not you did not practice (last season) what you have just preached in this post with regards to this season. And that's the bias i'm talking about. Your approach/opinion to errors made last season (for the most part as I recall) were a little more forgiving.

Kelly could of played there - he could of actually kept Insua in the squad instead of outcasting him - its all consequences of his own actions. Same with sending Aquilani on loan leaving us short as well .

From what i have seen of Hodgson over the years - his best traits for me is doing well with relatively small clubs and giving them success not seen before .
