I wish we could sell off this forum's obsession with the "ultimate DM", we need to score goals to win games to push us up the table, I think six years of Rafa has mushed people's brains into thinking a DM in the side is a norm/absolute must. Lucas may not be the very best midfielder, but just because some don't like him or he isn't necessarily an absolute first choice, does that mean we have to sell?!?!? What happened to the concept of a SQUAD?!?
Seems to be the growing mentality these days, not just in this forum but in general, one extreme or the other. I reckon the government sold off the middle ground. Perhaps the daftest aspect is no matter what exactly you say, like my comments on Crouch and other players, is your opinion is instantly interpreted at one extreme or the other. Like with opinions on Rafa and Woy, it is now a divide into two of either pro or anti, no middle ground. And "Rafa did ok, but not what he came here to do. Winning the CL was great, but his league showings were not good enough overall with too many draws and defeats around" is thrown into the anti-Rafa camp, even though it's meant to be objective and facts put into wording.
Lucas' is worth a lot more than a £1, some people's opinions come daft comments on here on the other hand are lucky to get responses and ain't worth spit

Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer
