Talk about Chelsea being a great team but id swap their team for our team of the 80's any day!

gotta be fowler for me. not only for his goals but for the fact that he was a true scouser stuck up for the dockers and was never afraid to take the :censored: back! (white line incident, sticking his :censored: at g le saux) pure gold! Get him in the transfer window!

I have a few players that I admire and strived to be like on the playing field. (When I did play football that is).

Ferenc Puskas, Fernando Morientes, Pablo Aimar, Emlyn Hughes and Robbie Fowler are just some of my favourite players, although pretty much all past Liverpool players are my favourites as they came, saw and conquered making us the one of Europe's finest teams.

These aren't the best players I've seen, but the ones I've most enjoyed watching:
Kenny Dalglish - class
Henrick Larrson - ridiculously better than everyone else in the Scottish league
Nobby Solano - how did someone from Peru get such a good footballing brain?  Wish we'd signed him in the summer.
Darren Huckerby - kick and rush at it's most rushed, funniest thing in the league
Bruce Grobbelaar - "What happened next?" for 90 minutes a week
Stuart Pearce - watch those limbs fly!
Gazza - before the broken leg only
Alan Hansen - one of the smoothest players ever to grace a football pitch, makes Rio Ferdinand look like a headless turkey
Thierry Henry - IMO one of the best players EVER
Ronaldhino - ugly as my backside but you've got to enjoy his football as much as he does

Players I hated watching because they were too good:
Maradonna, Cantona, Schmeichel.
