Ref did his best for Roma but despite that its job done.

Magnificent achievement but we must learn to control an advantage, just 1 goal in it by the finish.

Second half wasnt great to be honest- but even then a top drawer strike and a non penalty (never in a million years)  were what gave them a bit fo respectability.

Onward and upward, I really think we can do a number on Madrid if we are on form  3-1 to us in the final same as '77

Every time klopp makes his defensive subs to try protect the lead by taking out our top 3 and put in Klavan, Solanke etc I start ******* my pants.

I thought Romas shooting was generally poor, in the final, Ronaldo and Co will throw the kitchen sink at us no doubt. But we've had a lot of kitchen sinks thrown at us thus far, and come out on top.!!

We look like a team that could do with a good rest tbh, I think the only reason Roma got anywhere near us was because of fatigue, even Bobby's workrate wasn't there tonight.
The main thing though is that we are through, when you think of all the teams that started the competition (PSG, Man City, Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern etc etc) to be one of the 2 that make it to the final is a tremendous effort.

The happy clappy posts on here are shocking to be honest. That was one of the most abject performances by a team of highly paid professionals who have no idea how to manage a game. From Karius flapping, not knowing how to push a ball around the post and instead giving it on a plate to a poacher, giving away a legit peno (Dzeko was onside)...TAA having an absolute mare - he looked like a schoolboy apprentice out there, and there's an even BIGGER test ahead of him, so if he had stage fright tonight fark knows what' he'll be like in Kiev. Could have had another peno when he stuck his hands up in the box.
Lovren had a "Lovren" tonight. Mo should read the manual on "when to not be offside....".
All up, this is a team who hadn't a fkin clue how to step up tonight. Three goals up, it should have been a walk in the park.
I want them to beat RM because I despise them. The arrogance wearing shirts with number 13 on them is more of it.
There's a serious amount of growing up to be done between now and the final.

I agree lets get the job done against Chelsea and give the main lads a good few weeks rest.

massive result. Roma are not a bad side and they were ALWAYS going to come at us. There will be a couple of weeks break between the Brighton game and the CL final. We'll be up for it and ANYTHING can happen. One things is for sure, Real Madrid will not be looking forward to a game against us.
