Not finding excuses or anything but we have been a bit unlucky today.

Doesn't look like we'll be getting to the final this season. We now have to beat both PSG and Napoli.

Beginning too look like last season was so good in CL that losing that final and a pretty tough group has done for us so far. Still a chance but we have been well short.

We have accumulated enough PL points but exposed in Europe a bit and we haven't played consistently well with that dynamism for a while now.

Dreadful performance.. our final ball and finishing has been awful. The front 3 are nowhere near the form they were last year. Obviously Mane still thinks he's playing well the way he holds onto the ball 5 minutes before doing the same run time and time again.

Fuc'king joke of a performance. Spineless. Not a leader amongst them.
Can't see this soft lot getting results in the next two games.

Could be a stevie G versus olympiacos night 2005 at Anfield v Napoli required by the looks of it.

Only trouble is, we only have Milner and Hendo.

This really is as bad as it gets ,why the manager would drop the star performer against these lot at our yard and keep him on the bench for the return is f*cking baffling . I just hope this performance signals the end for Milner because technically he's just never going to be up to scratch. I know that sounds harsh but Milner starting this season in our first choice eleven was my biggest nightmare and all the plaudits he received apparently undermining some fans fears have not made me alter my opinion one iota.

Liverpool football club should not be going into games with a 32 year old in the f*cking midfield, tonight was embarrassing and our football equally so

Klopp failed to prepare the team for another tough hostile venue..Starting soft Lallana and Sturridge was another mistake..Keeping 2 players at home another..

Salah what a disappointment..So weak..Every kick feeble and agonizing...

I'm blaming Klopp for that result .. he showed far too much trust in players like Sturridge, Lallana and Milner. He might aswell have played Moreno aswell. We do miss Hendo in battling games like tonight because at least he brings passion when needed. Too many Quiet players today.

Salah needs a good kick up the bleedin' hole. Cop the fook on to himself. Same for the other two up front.
And Klopp isn't coming out of this scot free either. Lallana? Jesus wept.

That was a bad result, a really bad result. We will have to play well now to qualify and we haven't really played well all season. I always knew our midfield was cr@p but I must admit I'm a bit shocked by how poor our front 3 have been, I keep on expecting them to click into gear but it just doesn't seem to be happening. If they keep this type of performance up for the whole season never mind league titles and CL finals we'll be lucky to make the top 4.

Awful performance. Worse than Napoli and that was bad. Lallana should be nowhere near the first team at the moment. The biggest disappointment has got to be Salah, Firmino and Mané who have lacked any sort of cohesion for most of this season. Second goal was a defensive nightmare and Alison didn’t help.

Klopp really needs to earn his keep now... the team is looking totally disjointed .

Very little fluidity and next to no imagination between the midfield/ attacking axis.

I'm not sure who kidnapped last seasons team but please can they return them ASAP  :help
