First leg of semi hoping we win with ease so life gets a little easier for 2nd leg. These lot despatched Bayern so won't be an easy tie at all. Lets get a good win we can rotate a bit for the 2nd leg

I was looking at some of their previous results, not only did they beat Juventus and Bayern, apart from losing from Barca (and Man U if we count them), they haven't lost against a big team this season. Draw with Real twice, draw with Atletico twice, even had a draw with Chelsea in the Super Cup and lost on penalties. They haven't lost a single game by more than 2 goals either this season, so we can probably forget about going through in the first leg. Beating these won't be easy at all.

Whereas yesterday was about attacking football today is going to be about negative football. I would guess they will employ Atletico type tactics although not so bad. If we can score a couple early I think they have to open up and it could be more. It would be very nice to get a comfortable lead that we can rest players. They have had more than a week off so they should be fresher. Thankfully Moreno is in their team now and he can pay us back for losing us the Europa cup.
