well mate you've done an absolutely crackin job convincing me he's fit, as good a job as Rafa - seems you've got something in common

Not trying to convince you of anything.
So basically you're just kicking and screaming when all of the evidence is to the contrary?
I just don't believe that Torres is injured. Or THAT injured that he can't be on the bench.

I just simply do not buy it.

do you just post up whatever makes you look clever?

bloody hell mate, go and have a read of all the stuff in the take ov thread and the rafa thread that was posted this morning.

read then put your brain in gear

hear you go i will do the job for you

Benitez’s agent, Manuel Garcia Quilon, has been in talks with Juventus and Real Madrid as he forms an exit strategy. Recent statements by Benitez have seen him suggest that more than £50m needs to be spent on the squad this summer to compete with their main Premier League rivals."

you can find the link youself on the take over thread

So Rafa hasn't spoke to anyone?

live in todays world mate, the main man never talks, he gets his team to do it..........oh unless the info comes ftom Rafas friend ( all the time in his contract talk his friend was said to be giveing info to the media, the friend turned out to be rafa himself)

I agreed with most of your post but got stuck on this line mate.

to be fair Saint Rafa was a fecking revelation when he first arrived

only in the CL

he did not understand english football or the history of the FA CUP.

AND TO SOME POINT I STILL THINK THASTS TRUE NOW.

That's a bit harsh lakes. Didn't we finish with a record points total in the league last year? And didn't we win the FA Cup a few years ago?

That was 6 years ago mate. I have always argued that the team he took over was a lot better than some people give credit for. Same now with this present team ..... WE STILL HAVE SOME FECKING GREAT PLAYERS.

Some of you still actually thought we'd qualify? We haven't won five on the trot all season. Get some perspective on the reality.

On the game, I can't fault the performance, and you'd either have to be kind of w"nker to say we played bad, or that the team wasn't trying or well capable of winning. Some games in the season you'll get a day like this when a team will just come and park the bus and hope for a draw at best. That's what Fulham did and they got what they were after. MOTM - their keeper. Had a stormer. Says it all.

no mate it dont say it all.

I dont give a :censored: that we looked good, we had a manager they did not put the right team out, it now seems that our best player was not left out due to a bad knee, put your radio put your tv on. it seems Rafa is just resting him for the EL games and sticking two fingers up at the paying liverpool fans.

Rafa is just trying to big up his own profile in the EL, he had a bad bit of press the other weeks a few teams turned their backs on him for talks. if he wins the El HE WILL LOOK GOOD AGAIN.

What the point today of setting a tram out like that, we had the ball all the time.
as i said at half time its like having the best army and not giving them guns.

if you talk about the need to buy players then look at bought the ones that did not get the goals today and would you give him more money just to make the same mistake again.? ??? bloody hope not

There was feck all wrong with the team out today, An yes we did play well. Who got MOTM eh in my eyes it was that Schwatzer so what does that tell you,

and that is outrageous to say that Rafa left Torres out to rest him, His knee was shot to feck on Thursady night . He is injured full stop

And to those who think we lost 4th spot on that result today . Bullsh.it , We have lost fourth spot on not getting enough results away from home ,Full stop

I stiil cant believe that comment on hes resting Torres , So the next time hes gona play then is 22 April. Again bulls.hit

Do you honestly think that Rafa is saying f,uck you to us . YEH RIGHT
HE WHO BETRAYS WILL ALWAYS WALK ALONE

Ciggy wrote:Its no consolation but we played feckin great today and that b@stard Fulham had an 11 man defence for 93 minutes, swartzer is a kunt and was celebrating at the end of the game like they had won the league.

We didnt loose 4th place today we lost it by not winning away from home since Villa away in 2009.

Anyways we played really well and there was some great football onshow if Hodgeson takes over from Rafa well just feckin shoot me now because if you think Rafa is defensive youve seen nothing like this b@stard in action  :no

FULHAM F.C. ANTI-FOOTBALL !!!!!

Imagine we get through to the final with that shower  ???  :sleep  :shifty  :no

100% cigs.

I'm hoping we do get them in the final, though. Maybe then they'll come out of their box and we'll give them a good tanking.

we will kill them in the final.....Rafa will play our best striker

Lakes, Torres is not a one man team FFS. You also need to remember why he's here in the first place and why he's the player he currently is today.

Every manager has that problem. That's no excuse.

Sure as well as...

Pennant for Simao
Skrtel for Vidic
Johnson for Alves.. it's ironic we spent 17mil on Johnno when we only needed 12 for Alves and the owners wouldn't even stump up that at the time

I know Rafa has made some bad buys but he always has to sell to raise money.
