ASTON VILLA VS LIVERPOOL - 29th dec 2009

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby Fauxy » Tue Dec 29, 2009 6:31 pm

Im tipping Kuyt to bounce back from his rest and score two goals for a 2-1 win  :D

Gonna be a close match but i think we have the edge with Ashley young being suspended and their two centre backs out.

Really looking forward to this game as i've done pi...s...s all today! Heading the pub for a few beers and hopefully something to be chirpy about! I'm not particularly confident but this is a MASSIVE game, it's one of those 'the season starts here' sort of fixtures. If we lose it I tihnk we're pretty fu...c...k...ed and Rafa will find himself an FA Cup upset at Reading from the sack, win it and it might give us the confidence plus a bit of momentum (two wins in a row!) to push on from here. So it'll probably be a 1-1 draw.

Not making any predictions, just preying for a win.

None of this defensive minded sh!te, go feckin at them from the start to the finish looking at us 8th in the table is killing me, I know we can only move up to 7th with a win but we are better than Villa and cannot afford to let them go 8 points ahead.
Failure to win tonight and beat Spurs we can kiss goodbye to 4th and no CL footie next season, it really doesnt bare thinking about the consequences that will follow should that happen.

3 fuckin points Redmen.

Team news Reina, Johnson, Carra, Aurelio, Dossena, Agger,
Kuyt, Benayoun, Gerrard, Torres, Lucas.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.
