But did you ever at any point believe that he was worth anything near to the 14 Mil we paid for him?

I find it hard to believe after his first couple of games that people didn’t realise that we had grossly over paid for him.

I noticed after he had only scored 3 goals in 13 games that we paid too much for him.

Sadly I thought we had a bargain, I believed all the hype and he did score a good goal against Spurs. You live and learn.

According to sky sports Lyon president is delighted that cisse wishes to go there, He stated that both clubs will open negotiations over a transfer very soon. Thats sorts that Transfer out then. Hopefully we will get close to 10m for the Two left footed whippet.

I think Cisse is a good player, when played in his proper position. One of my mates said he scored 19 goals this season, thats good for a player who has mostly played out on the wing.

I've heard he has a bad attitude, but 19 goals in a season, I'd take him up the arse tomorrow!

To be fair, it's strange to encounter a Bluenose who wants to have a bit of debate.  Your eleven posts so far have not been in the slightest bit provocative, but believe me when I say that this is what Judge does.  Do not take it personally, he does it to everyone.

Firstly, good luck if you can keep the peace on here with your debates and secondly, welcome.  We used to have an Evertonian member on here who racked up 10,000 posts so it will not get personal unless you make it personal.  You don't appear to be a bitter Evertonian, but just remember you will always be a guest on here as long as you post. 

I don't actually agree with you on Cisse though.  I've seen enough of him in the last two years to confidently say he will never fit comfortably into the system Rafa wants to play.  I say sell him at the earliest opportunity.  In his heart, he's found Liverpool Football Club to be his home but I think he knows his days are numbered and he's murmured about going back to France, so good luck to him I say, he's got a Champions League winners medal around his neck and that will always be there no matter what he does in the game for the rest of his career.

But Liverpool these days can do a lot better than Cisse and he's yet another relic of the previous regime who we will be able to say good riddance to.
