I got Utd drawing 2-2 with Spurs, 2-2 with Boro and 1-1 with Arsenal.

We can still do this people!

Thats not going to happen for starters Bav

Boro have had the odd mad result against big teams at home over the last few seasons mate.

Im sure many would have said the same before they played Fulham.

God knows whats gonna happen, but I reckon the second we drop points its over
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

If in 3 games everything changed upside down, in the rest of the league, with CL games in between, with direct clashes like the United - Chelsea, anything can happen.

The bad news is that they have one point in advantage and a game in hand. The good news is that as we speak, Liverpool seems to be the strongest team in this part of the season.

The players don't have time to think about todays result. They need to be concentrating on the Chelsea game.

However as for points dropped, no one would have thought Fulham would take points of them and they did so anything can still happen.

Man Utd v Tottenham, (2-2)
Middlesbrough v Man Utd, (1-2 but could be a shock here)
Man Utd v Man City (2-0)
Wigan v Man Utd, (1-1)
Man Utd v Arsenal, (0-0 but again could be a chance here)
Hull v Man Utd, (0-2)

Yeah I definatley think those games you highlighted could be banana skins. Especially seeing as they have the FA Cup to play in as well. Utd were rattled again today. The only reason Villa won was becasue they lost their bottle in the end.

It's hard to take mate I know :(  but as I said in the other thread we would be feeling a lot worse had we failed to win yesterday. No point in dwelling on this result. We have a European Cup QF to think about and then next weekend is another chance. Come on Djibril do us a favour please mate.

there's no way in hell that Steve Bruce's Wigan will take points in what could prove to be a vital match for his former team/boss. ???

At the end of the day we had our chance to capitalise and we dropped the points. Now we just have to grit our teeth and hope they slip up. It is theirs too lose.

Villa f*ckin lost it because they were still trying to score a third when they were 2-1 up United wern't up to much.

I'm gutted, stopped watching when it come to the 90th minute and saw 5 mins added time because I knew they would score and I couldn't bare to watch them get the goal

This title race isn't over yet. There is still 8 games to go and many chances for utd to drop points. I know it's demoralising after seeing games like today but I honestly think we will still win it.

I never thought this was a game were theyd drop points so im not deflated in the slightest it was always gonna go down 2 the wire so dont be 2 downhearted even if they win thier next few games they only need 2 slip up twice & no 1 seen it happening when they were invincible now thier playing poor with injuries & suspensions & people r looking at it like thiers no way thatll happen
