Quaresma will not be a player of Atletico de Madrid. And now, if i tell you, sell Gerrard and buy Obi Mikel and Robben, what do you tell my?

You are right mate , you losing torres would be like us losing Gerrard , you can understand why we are happy to get him can't you . Your team will still be a team after torres has gone . No player is bigger than your football club , keep that in mind . :)

All non Atletico supporters affirms 30 million € + Luis Garcia is a overpaid movement, and as i told before all says Torres is the most overated player in the Spanish History.

Anyway Good luck for him, with or without Torres i want Liverpool winning tittles !

You can tell me how many forwards have scored at least 13 goals every season in 5 years.

i m not saying Torres is a bad player, 13 goals / season is not bad, but you should remember he is playing 38 games each season playing 95 % minutes, without play in Europe competitions, being the dude shooting all the penalties.

I remark this, Torres is a good player, but he is not worth 30 million €. Overrated

Salutes

Villa in four season in Primera Division only in one season has scored more goals than Torres, only one. Samuel Eto'o when he palyed in a mid level team, he scored an average oh 13 goals for season, Torres 15. Villa shoot all the penalties too. But well, this excuses only are used with Torres.

Yes in La Liga Villa only scored 1 goal more than Torres but ....

You forget some things about Villa:

1. Villa has been the best forward with assists

2. Villa scored 6-7 goals in Champions league

3. Villa played this season 2 competitions

4. Villa is by far the best spanish striker atm

1. Because he shoot corners and free kicks.

2. Torres doesn`t play, i dond`t knowwhat do yoy want to say with that.

3. Other forwars like Tamudo or Kanoute has played 2competitions, and more matches than Villa in this competitions, and have scored more goals than last season. I don`t know why torres would not be able to do that.

4. For you.

And, Villa has scored 14 goals, Torres the same. Angulo scored a goal in a corner that Villa shoot and Diario Marca wtote that Villa scored that goal, but if you see all the goals, you will see that i tell you is true. Only the last season Villa scored more goals than Fernando Torres. When he played in a team of the same level than Atletico de Madrid, Zaragoza, Torres scored more goals.

I not saying you should sell although if the player wants out what can you do?  I was just pointing out that getting Forlan and Queresema after losing Torres is good business.

IMO, if the team would have said that they want to kkep Torres in the team, he will be a player of Atletico de Madrid next year. But no, the directive is who wants sell Torres, and he will not create any problem with this. He always said that when one of the two, directive or player, would want to break their union, the other would accept it. And for other side, it is an honour for Torres or for another player, that the biggest team in the world, for me, want to you.

It feels rather alien to have signed/ be signing someone highly recognisable and for such an astronomical transfer fee. It’s ashame little Luis is going in the other direction though.

I suppose that the player has to pass a medical exam, perhaps they don`t do this official until that.

EDIT: one question...how much a LFC t-shirt with the number 9 and F.Torres will cost?

30 pound for the shirt 14 pound for the name, but maybe the Liverpool shop will have them already printed then it will be 30 pounds with the name.

Have they raised the price? The last time I was at the club shop it cost £10 for the name and number of a player to be printed.
