I honestly think if Gerrard was younger he may have went, his current circumstances don't exactly favour him

Is it really b0llocks though, he's wanted a move for a while granted but he's following Rafa and has been quoted about wanting to follow him

care to expand on that?
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

care to expand on that?

My auntie has female genetalia and my uncle does not
Which is why we call him "uncle" and her "auntie"

I’m staying at Liverpool FC, Fernando Torres tells Roy Hodgson

FERNANDO TORRES has told Liverpool he is ready to end all speculation surrounding his future and spearhead the club’s charge into a new era.

Reds supporters have harboured genuine concerns that Torres, who has scored 72 goals in 116 appearances during the three years he has been at Anfield, would seek pastures new this summer.

However, Torres has spoken at length with manager Roy Hodgson and managing director Christian Purslow and let them know he will be returning to Liverpool from his holidays next week.

That will effectively end all suggestion that Torres will join either Chelsea or Manchester City before the start of the new Premier League season.

It comes as massive relief for fans, who have already been hugely encouraged by the arrival of Joe Cole and Steven Gerrard’s decision to reaffirm his commitment to the Red cause.

Hodgson, who flew out with Liverpool’s squad today for the Europa League third qualifying round clash with FC Rabotnicki, said: “As far as I know, he is looking forward to coming back here.

“He is coming back on Monday. He is enjoying a holiday and it is a well deserved break because he hasn’t really had one for three years. He is spending time with his family.
