Players not good enough to challenge for the league need to go -otherwise what's the point.

Kewell , Risse, Kuyt , Pennant, Gonzalez also need to go
I'd give Crouch a season with Torres up front nearly every game to see if they'd gell.

Carragher and Finnan are at the "getting on" stage and will probably start to pick up niggling injuries over the next couple of seasons and replacements should be looked at but should get another two seasons from them.

Reina,Agger,Skrtel,Lucas(hopefully),Masch,SG,Torres are the spine of the team and should be the players the team is built around.

Notice - I say "team" not "squad" as unless a lot of injuries are picked up it is a "team" that wins the league, I know it is a while since Villa won the league but they did so with just 14 players used all season. No more fu*king rotation.

Give me the job for just £1m a season.
