Its not bullsh!t at all!

Torres has been getting absolutely awful service.

I tell you what I think our biggest problem is, we dont have any f/ucking wide players. When was the last time you can remember Torres scoring a header from a cross whiped in from the byline? I cant remember anyways.

WE NEED WINGERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

DANNY MURPHY believes Roy Hodgson will guide Liverpool back into the Champions League this season.

The former Reds midfielder, who returns to Anfield with Fulham today, insists his old boss at Craven Cottage is the right man to restore the club’s fortunes.

Liverpool go into the game in ninth place but Murphy is confident Hodgson’s side will swiftly climb the table.

“If I was a betting man, I would guarantee they are going to finish in the top four,” he said.

“The club is in a bit of a predicament, but you couldn’t ask for a more humble gentleman to deal with that.

“The dilemma for me came when I was getting calls from people at Liverpool asking me about Roy. I knew I could say nothing and they would still probably employ him.

“But I was praising him because that’s what he deserves, being honest and knowing that it would probably help them decide he was the right man.

“I didn’t want to see him go, but football success generally means that people move on.

“The great thing for him was that he got to manage one of the great teams in Europe and Liverpool got one of the best coaches around.”

Murphy, who made 294 appearances for the Reds between 1997 and 2004, says Hodgson will need time to produce a team capable of challenging for the title.

“I hear positive sounds coming out of the club about him. The people up there don’t suffer fools,” he said.

“You will get a more successful Liverpool there this season, but the fans are realistic at the moment about what’s achievable.

“Roy wants to be a success and success for Liverpool is competing with Manchester United and Chelsea.

“He might need a bit longer than one season to do that, but he will bring them closer. I don’t think the fans expect them to win the Premier League this season - they are more realistic than that
“I think some stability, getting back into the Champions League and getting extra money in is what’s needed. Roy will do that. He’s a winner.”

Fulham go into the game without a win in seven games and the skipper admits they are desperate to end that miserable run.

“Of course there will be some hype around the game because of Roy, but I know what he’s like, he’s as professional as any manager I’ve ever worked with and he’ll be concentrating on getting his team together to try and get three points,” he said.

“Like Roy, we’ll purely be concentrating on trying to get some more points on the board from a game against a good Liverpool side who seem to have turned a corner.

“Yes, I have some good memories from my time there, but we need a result at the moment, and that will be the only thing on my mind.

“Other than the one disappointing performance against Manchester City there has been plenty to be positive about so we don’t fear anybody.”

:D ....  “I think some stability, getting back into the Champions League and getting extra money in is what’s needed. Roy will do that. He’s a winner.” ...... apparently he struggles with winning AWAY  though Danny
"If I was a betting man, I would guarantee they are going to finish in the top four,” he said.
If you were a betting man Danny you would be homeless :D

No we don't Super Dan and that's why we have already  decided the managers  time at the club is already up

Danny Murphy's predictions also include ... all the snow across England will dissipate ...leaving only fluffy clouds we can use to travel to work on :D

Why doesn't Danny Murphy plead for Woy to re-sign him so he can play his part in this season's "push for fourth" place?

Dear me unless I'm very much mistaken David Ngog is the club's top scorer this season with 8 goals despite having injury issues himself in recent months. If it was all down a lack of a striker being the difference between mid-table and fourth doesn't Danny Murphy of all people realise that Woy could have picked Babel, Eccleston or even by god Pacheco to play up front instead of Torres to score some goals? As for this stability issue stability under Woy has just brought us boring conservative football with one away win all season and defeats to teams who we should be playing off the park. Which of Hodgson's signings - Cole, Jovanovic, Meireles, Poulsen or the accident prone Konchesky have been any good? None.

Danny mate do yourself a favour and wind yourself in. Woy's not the man to turn Liverpool and he never will be. Even Souness was never this bad at Anfield and his spell in charge was bad enough. Compared to someone like Cascarino Danny you know nothing.

Jovanovic wasn't Hodgson's signing.  Not sure about Cole, either.

He could have pulled the plug on the Jovanovic deal if he'd wanted to it wasn't definite. As for Cole was there really any point him coming? He's been anonymous in whatever position he's played in most of the games when he has been fit.

Agree on Cole, never liked him.  Dunno if plug could be pulled on Jova deal.  Pre contract was signed but there were reports Rafa wanted to take him to Inter.

Found this on rawk.

A poster on another forum posted this email that he claimed he received from a coach in the academy:-

"• The flipchart from the players meeting is 100% genuine – it wasn’t in a Newcastle hotel as it was here before they left.
• Someone who witnessed the meeting said it was the most amateurish team meeting they have been in ever.
• Kelly spent his time swearing and urging Kyriagos and Skrtel to ‘rough up’ Andy Carroll – the players are used to more detailed information such as which foot he favours etc. The swearing, as fackin this and fackin that, doesn’t go down well in a professional environment with the players

• Before the Blackpool game the scouts reports (the guys who go and watch the opposition) all outlined that if you stop Charlie Adam then you stop Blackpool – he needs time and space to dictate the play and he pulls the strings for the Blackpool front 3 – Roy basically ignored them and in the briefing meetings when he was advised to close down Adams he said ‘Why? My teams don’t do that’. He then went out with his regimented 4-4-2 and wondered why Blackpool out passed us and destroyed us in the final third of the pitch.

• Roy was presented with scouting reports of recent Newcastle performances in a meeting with scouts and Damian Commolli (oh and the swearing big, old, fat cockney Kelly). Roy actually commented that he had never seen reports with so much detail and specific information about each of the opposition players and how they played. But then said ‘But what do you want me to do with them?’

• The reports started off by highlighting how the Newcastle full backs play higher up the pitch and leave spaces in behind them to exploit. Roy said ‘so what’. It was suggested to him that the wide players may wish to get men and the ball in that area and look to get crosses in to the box – ‘We don’t play that way!’

• They showed how Newcastle launch attacks from the high up fullbacks aiming diagonal balls into Carroll. Roy was urged to get his wide men to push on the full backs and not allow them the time to get their arrowed balls into Carroll – We don’t play that way!’

• At this point Commolli quietly urged the scouts to leave it and not push it any further.

• Hodgson and Kelly have built up a serious and nasty hatred for Torres and Reina – it has all come one way but has now started to return from the Spaniards.

• Mike Kelly spends his time slating the players and doesn’t have a good word to say about any of them

Hodgson is feeling that he is not getting anywhere near the credit he should be 'for guiding this squad so easily through the Europa League'.

He has tactically took a group of young players and also rans and sailed through against full strength sides.

'Facking ell, facking ell - no one is giving me the credit I deserve for the European efforts'

He is also not happy that John Henry is in many discussions with Commolli and not Roy.

Big arguments between staff brought in by Hodgson and those already at the club about footballing philosophys.

Ex Fulham coach on the virtues of their methods and Liverpool coaches desperately trying to tell them 'but we are not Fulham'

civil war in there"

Amazing isn't it?
