Well you know what that means right, every time we win a game we just praise Rafa. They are mostly his players right? :D

What did Rafa say in the press conference after we beat West Brom?   :D

There are no excuses for that result last night, the tactics were awful and the players were a disgrace, the finances, owners and previous manager have f*ck all to do with a top flight team that comprised of internationals and "starlets" that were totally humiliated by a team languishing at the bottom of the bottom division of English football. The players and coaching staff need to take a long hard look at themselves and question how they let this result happen, no excuses, just a promise to NEVER let anything lke this happen again

The team Rafa inherited from Ged was far worse than this team.  And he went and won the Champions league.

So by some people's mentality, we blame Rafa if Roys team loses.

BUT... if we win the FA Cup/Europa League and/or get 4th, will you praise Rafa or Roy?

No mate, it will always be rafa won the CL because of Houllier's team but if Roy won something he would've achieved an impossible job. The previous manager is to blame for everything that happens to this club don't you know? Before long, history would have been re-written and Sounness and Rafa would be grouped together as the main culprits of the club's  downfall...

He said we were creating a lot of chances and maybe should have finished more of them but we got the result so we look to the next game.  :D

Can everyone please stop bringing up Rafael Benitez? Seems some of you lot cant come to terms with that but newsflash the guys gone and had absolutely nothing to do with that dreck that was served up last night. He may have signed most of the players but that lot should have had more than enough to batter a side of the ablity of Northampton Town, the fact that they not only did not do so but were outplayed by them for large parts of the game shows that we have far to many players that don't give a sh*t anymore and a manager that got his tactics totally wrong for not the first time this season. Roy needs to accept that this deep lying defense is failing miserably and be pragmatic enough to change. The likes of Ryan Babel who think that a Carling Cup game is beneath them well they just need to do a month on a building site or the docks to appreciate how good they have it and get their act together because for the astronomical amount of money they get paid last nights showing is a f*cking disgrace.

Lets get one thing right here, i am not talking about the first team on its own, i am saying that due to what has happen in the way we took players to this club over the last 4 years has set the club back, we have a club that most of the players should never have come to.

they need to be shown the door and start looking at young kids in the uk to fill their places, kids that would kige their right arm to be at this club, not players that come here and do nothing.

our 2nd team is a joke, the team that was put out last night should have won the game yet it was called a waek team, why the :censored: has a club like our even have a weak team?

Yes I think one or two are getting confused between our first team and our squad. The team which lost last night was our "reserve" players, and it's safe to assume that on the evidnce of that, they aren't very good. Yes I think the manager has to take a lot of the blame, but if we're being serious about it it's not really his fault that the reserve bunch of players who were left behind for him aren't very good.

One or two of that reserve bunch of players have some of us advocating actually being in the first team, so how strong that makes our first team God only knows.
