I'm sorry but if you lose a game in Europe and you win the trophy, you cannot call yourself Europe's best team of that season.

Even before it became the Champions League you could still lose a game and win it. It would've been bloody hard I'll give ya that but over two legs you could still go through if you lost one of the legs. Lets face it this game against Galatasaray is pointless for us. We've qualified from the group we've won it so whats the problem. At this stage it's about conserving energy and just getting this game done with. As to whether you're the best team in Europe I'll leave that decision down to whoever is lifting the trophy in Athens come May.

Miko, that's different, 38 games is different to 18/19 CL games played over the course of 9 months, there is no excuse for losing a Champions League game.

Every time the youngsters have played we've conceded too many goals. Three against Reading in the cup, three today, 15 in pre-season games.

Apart from Agger, nobody looks good enough at the back. Paletta has some way to go before he comes into the squad on regular basis.

Btw Riise has confirmed what we've known all along, he's . Average at best.

I put it down to Riise,Peltier and Paletta beeing patheticaly poor. Paletta is young so he'll improve and he's had better games than Peltier but Riise has no execuses.
