Crouch - Are you still going to diss crouch

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby RAGE UK » Wed Sep 27, 2006 11:13 pm

After tonight performance do some of you still think peter crouch is a streak off pi-ss?
Without his goals tonight we would have lost.
Not bad for a long streak of pi-ss is he.
Should we be replacing crouch for bellamy  ( I don’t think so ).

Peter crouch has now scored 10 in 11 games not bad for a lanky streak off pi-ss .
Are we all jumping on the kuyt and bellamy wagon still.
If we want to win games we need to play  PETER CROUCH.
END OF STORY.

Crouch can useful, but a good performance last night does not warrant a starting place. Within time I believe Kuyt/Bellamy to be the best partnership up front.

When Crouch sees competition he the type of player that raises his game in order to be first in the pecking order. I remember Crouch was speaking on Sky Sports news last season when it was his first 3 months as a Liverpool player. He said that when you come to a club like Liverpool you have got to work hard for yourself & for the team.

Peter’s attitude he proven that he’s got the belief to score goals.

I'd prefer to see any combination of four apart from Bellamy and Kuyt, not that I don't rate them as a partnership but I don't believe they are the best option always and rotating the pairs up helps keep players fresh, sharp and happy. Well done to Crouch for the vital goals, shame we ruined it by letting them back into it but I'm mostly happy with the way we played.
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

I disagree. Think that Bellamy and Kuyt is the best for our team :)

ppl will always lay into crouch im afraid, its like they want him to fail, so they can go back to making references to fact hes awkward looking and tall, sad reality is i dont think he'll ever get full credit even if he scores 20 a season all from 25 yards and goal of the season contenders
