Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Peter Crouch was scoring goals before he was dropped as we all know, now he is back in last nights starting 11 and he is scoring again, what does that tell us ! ???

The stickman keeps scoring so you can't really argue with it

but i still think over the course of a season he isn't good enough

however if it's a choice between him and Bellamy to partner Kuyt, i'll take the stumbling giraffe

eveytime i see Bellamy I just want to kick his :censored: - why did we buy him when we could have got Andy Johnson for a couple of quid more?

Crouchs individual scoring record is good, but I think we play better flowing football without him. I still think it should be Bellamy and Kuyt up front

Look through all of my >6000 posts on here.  I think you'll find I've never 'dissed' him even once.

How can Crouch not be a first team player? He works as hard as anyone, his attitude is spot on, and as Rafa has said himself, runs further than any other player during a match, I also believe Steve McClaren noticed this. He works for Liverpool and he works for England, as far as im concerned, hes a committed player who works his socks off for his wage, he delivers what hes paid for so lets give him what he deserves, 1st team football for a very talented player.

If he's scoring, you can't drop him.

Simple as that.

I still can’t believe some of you would still play bellendamy before crouch do you not want to win any games for fuc@k sake.
When bellamy is scoring more them crouch then say bellamy is worth a t@@s but until then we have got to stick with peter crouch.

I’m really stumped for a reason and I mean a real reason why some (and I mean some of you) still after watching him win us yet another game you want bellamy and kuyt and not crouch kuyt.
with out a good goal scorer what do you want us to do sit behind the rest of the premiership saying o I wish we had a goal scorer but lets stick with a bellend that has done jack all .
I like bellamy don’t get me wrong but until he hits some kind of form he can sit and watch peter crouch do his thing witch is scoring goals and winning us games.
What the hell do you want from a striker hmmm a minimum of 10 goals per match or even a shorter better looking one.

I think it is because some of you know about as much about football as I do about the migrating habits of a sea bass.

Bellamy is a better bet than Crouch in away games where the opposition adopt a higher defensive line.

Crouch is better at Anfield when we strap teams into their own penalty area.
