and ive been very critical of him too. but he just keep making me eat my words now

We've had 5 shots and 4 on target also we have 59% possession compared to chelsea 3 shots and 1 on target with 41 % possession

Made up for Kuyt, he has had his critics (me included) but his last 8 games for Liverpool have been superb

I agree mate! i think we would be mad to get rid of him.
Also 7 goals in Europe is'nt a bad return!

11 goals in total this season and he's been playing in a winger's role all season , 7 assist in the league is not bad for a striker now converted into a winger , if kuyt can do this every season then he gets my nod to play in that postion , decent goal and assist ratio and u will not get a more hardworking player then him

If he had played as well from the start as he has done since Xmas no one would be complaining!
I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt,considering the problems he had in his personal life.
If he continues playing as well as he has done lately he has a future at LFC and would be an asset to any team.

And no im not just saying that cause he scored!

It was a good backheel by alonso to set up a mascherano miskick  and the beneficiary was kuyt , also brilliant by alonso to take the quick free kick and kuyt to win it back from fat frank after the ball was lost
