Kuyt was arguably our best player that half even if he never got the goal!

Chelsea are complaining because the think it was'nt over the line....Again!

I think they are there for the taking in the second half, that goal will have put their chins down.
Nice to see Alonso showing some of what he is capable of.And Skrtel just gets better every game!!

We need another goal and to keep a clean sheet as an away goal would deffo favour chelsea , would love to see the big man come on , he could cause chelsea trouble and we could play long balls to him on the break

Hard fought first half, Chelsea came out like a train and we had to up our game just to live with them for a while. Gradually we got our passing going and took control. Kuyt m.o.m. first half! Need to get Gerrard and Torres linking more, as the one time they did Torres should have scored.

I think we edged the first half, with Kuyt's goal being the icing on the cake.

I agree mate! i think we would be mad to get rid of him.
Also 7 goals in Europe is'nt a bad return!

11 goals in total this season and he's been playing in a winger's role all season , 7 assist in the league is not bad for a striker now converted into a winger , if kuyt can do this every season then he gets my nod to play in that postion , decent goal and assist ratio and u will not get a more hardworking player then him

Craig Foster, commenting on the game on SBS, said Kuyt has been one of Rafa's greatest signings, probably second behind Torres. Wow. Big wrap there.
