Been his biggiest critic this season but alonso has had a good half , some very decent passes and hopefully he does not fade away in the 2nd half

Funny question when kuyt missed the chance someone said what would have been the end result if that was torres , then torres missed a sitter , just wonder would torres have scored the kuyt goal? I doubt it cos torres would have smashed it straight into the keeper whereas kuyt like he did against inter volleyed it into the ground and under cech's legs

Made up for Kuyt, he has had his critics (me included) but his last 8 games for Liverpool have been superb
