We are not a feeder club but if players doesn't want to play
for the club then players will leave.
In todays game players have a lot of power and even if Lfc
want players to stay, having disgruntled and unmotivated players
makes no sense.

This is one of the stupidest threads ever like..WTF

50 votes to 3, there's hope for members on here yet!

Of course we're not a feeder club, we sold Alonso for about 3x what we paid for him and, good player that he is, £30m is a good fee. Are we to assume then that the mancs, 3x league champions and consecutive European finalists are also a feeder club? £80m for a player Real unsettled was fantastic money for a player worth about £50m, £30m for a player worth £18m-£20m was also good once Real Madrid unsettled him too.

Alonso was arguably in our second tier of important players, key players being Torres and Gerrard with players like Kuyt, Carra, Alonso and Reina in the second tier. I'd rather we hadn't sold him, but it's not like he went for £15m like Rafa might have sold him last season.

Some clubs just have too much money and you take each bid on its merits, ok we're not in a position to refuse to sell any players we don't want to, but the lure of Spanish giants to a Spanish player made our resistance futile. We ought to be thankful they didn't decide to try to land Torres or Gerrard.
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

Pointless question.

How in a million years can one of the biggest and most respected clubs in world football be considered a feeder club just because we sell one player!

Soft lad.
