had a shaky start but grew into the game, doesnt look the most natural of players and seemed a little ungainly but i thought he made some powerful runs down the line.
i think some of the criticism is slightly OTT, that was basically his debut, he lasted about 5 minutes last time out.

So on your debut you can't be expected to control a ball?

???

Its sad how much our standards have slipped.

Yes you can expect the lad to lose a ball or two in his debut. Shocker i know. It is sad how absurd the level of expectation has become with some fans..

Only player that I wasn't impressed with today. Horrible display. Couldn't beat a player and couldn't keep a player. He couldn't keep up with Billy f*cking Jones ffs. Although it was a soft penalty and shouldn't have been given, I blame Cissokho for it. The sooner Enrique comes back the better (hopefully against Arsenal).

Is there an option to buy ? Or more importantly an option to send him back if he doesn't improve and very quickly ?

Doesn't look too good does he........

Agree - can see why his stock has decreased in recent years. Would prefer to see young Robbo brought back and Cissokho sent back. I think someone on here was saying Cissokho was better than Enrique - think he needs to get to Specsavers.

Based on current form, I would be disappointed if we pursued a permanent contract

At one point in the game Gerrard had to actually tell him and wait for him to run forward when it was clear as day it was on.

Absolutely not good enough.

How anyone can rate this fella or even suggest he's anywhere near as good as Enrique is beyond belief.

Maybe he is a confidence player? First game I thought he was dastardly poor, second game only a tad better. I don't think he offers a single thing over Enrique, from the first 2 showings anyway.

He's a poor player.

Simple as that. I personally don't believe Robinson is upto it from what I've seen but I know which one I'd rather have as back up.

Wasn't Cissoko brought in as cover for Enrique? Enrique is currently injured and that is the reason Cissoko is getting games. If Enrique's knee problem is ok for the weekend I can't see Ally starting against Arsenal.

I'm not sure if he wasn't brought in for more than just cover . Heard a few mumblings that BR isn't a big fan of Enrique.

Perhaps Cissoko is what was needed to convince BR that Enrique is actually ok...........

Enrique makes mistakes but the one thing he does time and time again is successfully find Suarez with some decent long balls.

Possibly. Think Enrique is a decent left back. Certainly not an area that is a priority to be upgraded. Cover was needed and think next season Robbo will give that and also maybe push for the starting spot.
