Yeah they have but Angola haven't been too bad, wasted two golden chances by doing over head kicks tho. Perhaps if Akwa had chested the second chance down and then struck it, they mite of had a goal out of it.

After the thrills of the opening match im a bit disappointed that most of the 9 games after that have been low scoring matches. I want more games like that first one in the matches to come. Still there is the likes of brazil, czech, france to come

The Germany vs Costa Rica, Argentina vs Ivory Coast and Mexico vs Iran have been the best matches played so far.

There certainly is, but the matches will be iffy some good, some bad in the group stages, it's the last 16, then the QF,SF and Finale, that's where all the best entertainment is.

Congrats to all the Aussies on here! Nice game! (Australia 3, Japan 1)

Cahill didn't disappoint!  (won't mention the penalty appeal)

Good on ya!

Czech Republic 2 - 0 USA

Great powerful header by koller and a super strike by Rosicky from long range. Czech's playing good stuff. No Baros BTW.

Koller stretchered off injured. Looks like he's torn his hamstring. Bad news for the Czechs

Well with Baros and Koller both out, Czech Republic will struggle, they will struggle a lot. Koller and Baros is a dangerous and formidable partnership. Still I can't see U.S.A getting back into this match. U.S.A have been losing the midfield battle as well, but Arena has changed things around, hopefully Beasley will get more involved in the game.

They do seem to be having more possession. That Eddie Johnson doesn't look too bad. He's been bright since he has come on. Made runs and not allowed to shoot from distance.
