Inter and Rafa should be VERY disappointed with that ending. They fell apart totally and were lucky there wasn't more time added on.
Excellent first half performance though.  But Rafa won't be happy with that one bit.

Inter took their foot off the gas in the second half and nearly threw it away.

Rafa will be furious.... but they won and were impressive. They have an important game at the weekend too.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

What a brilliant match ....Rafa's teams are never boring  Bale is absolutely brilliant going forward every team in Europe's  going to stand up and take notice of this kid now  .....still totally outclassed though by Inter in a  7 goal thriller

Well we all know where Bale is going in January dont we  Seriously sh,it hot player the best around at the minute. Two season ago Spurs never won a game that he played in, now one of the best players in Europe.

Remember we wanted to buy him for 5 million and couldnt afford him  :(
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

so which rafa's inter do we talk about then... the one that handed out a 4-0 drubbing in the first half, or that one that received a 3-0 drubbing in the second half against 10 men at home? :D

don't really matter at the moment even if we did have him, Roy would probably still play him left back and tell him he'd have to hump it forward!!!!

Got to say the GK has to do better with AT LEAST one of those lol.  It was the exact same shot every single time.

I suspect it will the first half team but in fairness it was really only Bale against Inter, without him spurs were never going to score

In fairness Inter were in total control until the last two minutes ffs! If it has been 2-1 going into injury time I dont think Bale would have been running through anyone without getting an almighty kick!

Rafa is no longer the manager of the club I passionately support, ergo, I couldn't give a phuckin' rat's :censored: how they did tonight.....unless they'd like to sell us Lucio, Sneijder, Eto'o and one or two others....

Then why do we have to lump it and run, and they play a nice pass and move game?

Maybe a bit of an understatement but they they are both individually and collectively technically better and more cohesive than us. They have  a better manager too.

Really i reckon it's pretty close. * indicates IMO the better player

Rough Positions, again bear in mind fully fit and full of confidence

Julio Cesar,  Reina *
Maicon*, Jonson
Lucio, Carra*
Samuel*, Agger
Chivu*, Koncesky
Zanetti*,  Lucas
Stankovic, Meiriles*
Biabiany, Kuyt*
Sneijder, Gerrard *
Coutinho, Cole*
Eto'o, Torres*

But then  compare that to 18months ago and look what we had then!!!

It just really shows how much NESV need to invest, and it has to start at the top with old man Woy

Rushy lad the only one of those choices I would say Liverpool have it better at the moment is Kuyt over the young lad, and thats only because I havnt see enough of him to properly judge him. In Cesar youve picked the one GK in the world who I believe is better than Reina. Honestly atm you really think Gerrard and Torres are better than Eto'o and Sneijder?

as i said IMO.

and if fully fit and the support of a manager who would instill confidence in them yes i firmly beleive Gerrard and Torres are better than Snider and Eto, look back when they were at Real & Barca respectivly and the were out of form.

Also on a side note this is the team that beat Real Madrid 4-0, 18months ago:

Liverpool: Reina, Arbeloa, Skrtel, Carragher, Aurelio, Alonso (Lucas 60), Mascherano, Kuyt, Gerrard (Spearing 74), Babel, Torres.

10 out of 13 still with us!!

Oh and i forgot to mention that Snieder was in the MAdrid Team.

Anyways my point is We need a new manager one who can motivate and inspire them to win!!

I would leave the latter for Fleet St ,some of them upon leaving The San Siro couldn't conceal their hard ons ...how they are going to eat their economy class meals and still balance the tray beggars belief it really does  :D
